SOUND-ABSORBING MATERIAL COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SOUND-ABSORBING MATERIAL COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a sound absorbing composition, and to a manufacturing method of the sound absorbing material. More particularly, the sound absorbing composition comprises: a metal hydroxide compound; Chamaecyparis obtusa tree wood flour; a synthetic resin; a binder; and an anti-bending agent. The manufacturing method of a sound absorbing material comprises the following steps: obtaining a synthetic material by injecting the sound absorbing composition into a mixer, and heating the same; extruding the synthetic material, and cutting the resultant product into pellets; and conducting injection molding of the pellets. The sound absorbing material manufactured according to the present invention has excellent flame resistance, strength, antibacterial properties, and sound absorbing properties.
본 발명은 수산화금속화합물, 편백나무 목분, 합성수지, 결합제 및 휨방지제로 이루어진 흡음재 조성물과, 상기 흡음재 조성물을 배합기에 투입하고 가열하여 얻은 합성원료를 압출하고 절단하여 펠릿을 제조한 후 사출 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 흡음재 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 흡음재는 난연성, 강도, 항균성 및 흡음성이 우수한 효과를 지닌다.
