The present invention relates to a technology regarding a window installed in a building including an apartment and a house and, more specifically, to a technology regarding a window with excellent insulation properties and durability. The present invention is able to: increase insulation properties by blocking hot air and cold air delivered from an outdoor side to an indoor side; prevent dew condensation at low temperature in the winter; and prevent the deformation of a window, the deformation of a window frame, and the damage to a roller by enhancing durability against the load to the window. The present invention comprises: an edge frame which is combined with a joint by being divided into an outdoor side and an indoor side, has a coupling groove formed in the upper part of the joint, and has a rail groove; a window frame which is installed by being inserted into the edge frame, has a coupling groove formed inside, and is combined with the joint by being divided into an outdoor side and an indoor side; a guide block which is installed in the upper part of the joint of the edge frame; and a roller which is installed to be inserted into the coupling groove of the window frame and operates along a rail included in the edge frame.
본 발명은 아파트ㆍ주택ㆍ빌딩 등의 건축물에 설치되는 창호에 관한 기술로서, 외부로부터 실내로 전달되는 열기와 냉기를 차단하여 단열성을 높이고, 기온이 낮은 겨울철 결로현상을 방지하는 한편 창문의 하중에 대한 내구성이 강화되어 창문과 창틀프레임의 변형 및 롤러의 파손을 방지하는 단열성 및 내구성이 우수한 창호에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 실외측과 실내측으로 분할되어 조인트로 결합되고, 레일홈이 형성되는 한편 조인트의 상부에 결합홈이 형성된 창틀프레임; 상기 창틀프레임에 끼워져 설치되고, 실외측과 실내측으로 분할되어 조인트로 결합되는 한편 내부에 체결홈이 형성된 창문프레임; 상기 창틀프레임의 조인트 상부에 설치되는 가이드블록; 및 상기 창문프레임의 체결홈에 끼워져 설치되고, 창틀프레임에 구비된 레일을 따라 구동하는 롤러;를 포함하여 구현된다.
