Method of manufacturing waterproof panel for building and waterproof panel therefrom
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a waterproof panel for construction which improves a water resistance between a core member board and an edge member, and durability of panel products and a waterproof panel. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method of manufacturing a waterproof panel for construction, comprises: (1) a step of attaching a double sided adhesive sheet to one plane part of a rectangular board-shaped base material for an edge member; (2) a step of actually measuring a width of a side part with respect to a plurality of points over an entire length per each edge of up, down, left, and right sides of a core member board; (3) a step of arranging each edge member of up, down, left, and right sides of the core member board by cutting the rectangular board-shaped base material for an edge member to a predetermined length with respect to the plane part, and arranging the edge members having the width of the plane part whose value is the same as a width of the side part over the entire length of each edge of the core member board by cutting each edge member such that the cut width of each edge member corresponds to the width of the side part actually measured with respect to each edge corresponding to the core member board; (4) a step of forming grooves to reinforce a watertightness on a left and a right surface of the plane parts of each edge member; (5) a step of corresponding the plane parts of each edge member to each side part of the core member board to be adhered through a double sided adhesive sheet; and (6) a step of applying a hot melt adhesive to the core member board and both surfaces of the edge member adhered thereto, and attaching a finishing material.
본 발명은 건축용 방수 패널의 제조방법 및 방수 패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 1) 사각 보드 형상을 갖는 테두리부재용 모재의 일측 평면부에 양면 접착 시트를 부착하는 단계; 2) 심재보드의 상하좌우측 각 테두리별로 전체 길이에 걸쳐 복수의 지점에 대하여 측면부 폭을 실측하는 단계; 3) 사각 보드 형상을 갖는 테두리부재용 모재를 평면부 기준으로 소정 길이로 절단하여 상기 심재보드의 상하좌우측 각 테두리부재를 마련하되, 각 테두리부재별로 그 절단 폭이 상기 심재보드의 대응하는 각 테두리에 대하여 실측된 측면부 폭에 상응하는 값이 되도록 절단하여, 상기 심재보드의 각 테두리의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 측면부 폭과 동일한 값의 평면부 폭을 갖는 테두리부재를 마련하는 단계; 4) 상기 테두리부재의 평면부의 좌측면 및 우측면에 방수 강화용 홈을 형성하는 단계; 5) 상기 심재보드의 각 측면부에 상기 테두리부재의 평면부를 대응시켜 상기 양면 접착 시트를 통해 접착하는 단계; 및 6) 상기 심재보드와 이에 접착된 상기 테두리부재의 양측면에 핫멜트 접착제를 도포하고 마감재를 부착하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성된 건축용 방수 패널의 제조방법이 개시된다.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a waterproof panel for construction which improves a water resistance between a core member board and an edge member, and durability of panel products and a waterproof panel. According to one aspect of the present invention, the method of manufacturing a waterproof panel for construction, comprises: (1) a step of attaching a double sided adhesive sheet to one plane part of a rectangular board-shaped base material for an edge member; (2) a step of actually measuring a width of a side part with respect to a plurality of points over an entire length per each edge of up, down, left, and right sides of a core member board; (3) a step of arranging each edge member of up, down, left, and right sides of the core member board by cutting the rectangular board-shaped base material for an edge member to a predetermined length with respect to the plane part, and arranging the edge members having the width of the plane part whose value is the same as a width of the side part over the entire length of each edge of the core member board by cutting each edge member such that the cut width of each edge member corresponds to the width of the side part actually measured with respect to each edge corresponding to the core member board; (4) a step of forming grooves to reinforce a watertightness on a left and a right surface of the plane parts of each edge member; (5) a step of corresponding the plane parts of each edge member to each side part of the core member board to be adhered through a double sided adhesive sheet; and (6) a step of applying a hot melt adhesive to the core member board and both surfaces of the edge member adhered thereto, and attaching a finishing material.
본 발명은 건축용 방수 패널의 제조방법 및 방수 패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 1) 사각 보드 형상을 갖는 테두리부재용 모재의 일측 평면부에 양면 접착 시트를 부착하는 단계; 2) 심재보드의 상하좌우측 각 테두리별로 전체 길이에 걸쳐 복수의 지점에 대하여 측면부 폭을 실측하는 단계; 3) 사각 보드 형상을 갖는 테두리부재용 모재를 평면부 기준으로 소정 길이로 절단하여 상기 심재보드의 상하좌우측 각 테두리부재를 마련하되, 각 테두리부재별로 그 절단 폭이 상기 심재보드의 대응하는 각 테두리에 대하여 실측된 측면부 폭에 상응하는 값이 되도록 절단하여, 상기 심재보드의 각 테두리의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 측면부 폭과 동일한 값의 평면부 폭을 갖는 테두리부재를 마련하는 단계; 4) 상기 테두리부재의 평면부의 좌측면 및 우측면에 방수 강화용 홈을 형성하는 단계; 5) 상기 심재보드의 각 측면부에 상기 테두리부재의 평면부를 대응시켜 상기 양면 접착 시트를 통해 접착하는 단계; 및 6) 상기 심재보드와 이에 접착된 상기 테두리부재의 양측면에 핫멜트 접착제를 도포하고 마감재를 부착하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성된 건축용 방수 패널의 제조방법이 개시된다.
