CEMENT MORTAR COMPOSITE USING COARSELY CRUCHED BOTTOM ASH
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cement mortar composition using bottom ash comprises with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement, 45-55 parts by weight of water and 200-500 parts by weight of fine aggregate. The fine aggregate includes 25-35 vol% of bottom ash having a particle size less than or equal to 600 m and the remaining part of natural fine aggregate having the particle size greater than or equal to 600 m. Provided is the cement mortar composition using coarsely ground bottom ash, which can reduce the energy consumed for grinding.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 바텀애쉬를 사용한 시멘트 모르타르 조성물은, 시멘트 100중량부에 대해, 물 45~55 중량부, 잔골재 200~500중량부를 포함하고,상기 잔골재는 입도 600㎛ 이하의 바텀애쉬 25~35 vol%와 입도 600㎛ 이상의 천연잔골재를 잔부로 포함한다.
