음식물 처리장치에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 본 발명의 음식물 처리장치는: 음식물을 분쇄하는 음식물 분쇄기; 음식물 분쇄기에 연결되고, 음식물 분쇄기에서 분쇄된 음식물이 물과 함께 배출되도록 배수 챔버부가 형성되고, 배수 챔버부와 연통되도록 미생물 챔버부가 형성되는 미생물 처리조; 배수 챔버부와 미생물 챔버부에 배치되어 분쇄된 음식물의 이동 경로를 형성하고, 분쇄된 음식물에서 물이 배수되게 하는 다공성 부재; 다공성 부재의 내측에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 배수 챔버부의 분쇄된 음식물이 미생물 챔버부로 유입되게 하는 이송장치; 및 미생물 챔버부에 유입되는 분쇄된 음식물과 미생물을 교반하는 교반장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Disclosed is a food waste treatment apparatus. The food waste treatment apparatus of the present invention comprises a food grinder grinding food; a microorganism treating tank connected to the food grinder, and including a water drainage chamber part to discharge food ground in the food grinder with water, and including a microorganism chamber part connected to the water drainage chamber part; a porous member forming a moving path of the ground food by being arranged on the water drainage chamber part and the microorganism chamber part, and draining water from the ground food; a transfer device installed in the inner side of the porous member to be rotated, and inputting the ground food in the water drainage chamber part to the microorganism chamber part; and a stirring device stirring the ground food inputted into the microorganism chamber part and microorganism.
