Automotive shock absorbers with dual impact absorption structures
The present invention relates to a shock-absorbing device for a vehicle with a dual shock-absorbing structure and, more specifically, to a shock-absorbing device for a vehicle installed on a road and absorbing shocks in case of a vehicle collision. The shock-absorbing device for a vehicle includes: a pair of rails installed on the road; fixed frames fixated to ends of the rails and having an insertion port; movable frames installed in the rails to be able to move; rear elastic shock-absorbing units connecting the fixed frames and the movable frames; front elastic shock-absorbing units installed in the movable frames; and a shock-absorbing housing installed in the front elastic shock-absorbing units. The shock-absorbing device for a vehicle is capable of successively absorbing the shocks caused by vehicle collision by including the shock-absorbing housing, the front elastic shock-absorbing units, and the rear elastic shock-absorbing units to triply absorb the shocks caused by vehicle collision, thereby minimizing damage to a vehicle. In addition, the shock-absorbing device for a vehicle is capable of reducing transmission of the shocks to a driver, thereby minimizing injuries to the driver.
본 발명은 이중 충격흡수구조를 갖는 차량용 충격흡수장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 도로에 설치되어 차량의 충돌시 충격을 흡수하도록 된 충격흡수장치로서, 도로에 설치되는 한쌍의 레일과, 상기 레일의 끝단에 고정되며 인입구가 형성된 고정프레임과, 상기 레일에 이동되게 설치되는 이동프레임과, 상기 고정프레임과 상기 이동프레임을 연결하는 후미탄성완충부와, 상기 이동프레임에 설치되는 선두탄성완충부와, 상기 선두탄성완충부에 설치되는 완충하우징으로 이루어져, 차량의 충돌에 따른 충격을 3중으로 완충시키도록 완충하우징과 선두탄성완충부와 후미탄성완충부를 마련하여, 순차적으로 차량 충돌에 따를 충격을 완충시킴으로서, 차량의 파손되는 것을 최소화시키면서 운전자에게 충격이 전달되는 것을 완화시켜 상해를 최소화시키는 효과가 있다.
