Speed control damper with relay type for two-ways slope type guide
The present invention relates to a relay type speed control damper for a bidirectionally inclined guide, which is used to reduce the speed of a door or to automatically open and close the door using elastic force. The relay type speed control damper for a bidirectionally inclined guide is described as follows. An external catching part is formed to be caught between two catching protrusions formed on one and the other sides of a guide. When the guide slides to one side along a guide groove, the catching protrusions are vertically moved downward to be mounted in catching grooves of the guide groove, and the guide is inclined to one side to allow the catching part to be separated from the guide and to pass through the speed control damper. When the guide slides to the other side, the catching protrusions are vertically moved downward to be mounted in the catching grooves of the guide groove, and the guide is inclined to the other side to allow the catching part to be separated from the guide and to pass through the speed control damper.
본 발명은 슬라이드 도어를 포함한 다양한 종류의 개폐도어를 열고 닫을 때에 도어의 상단부에 부착하여, 도어의 속도를 완충시키거나, 탄성력에 의하여 자동으로 도어를 개폐시키는데 사용될 수 있는, 가이드 양방향 기울기형 릴레이식 속도조절용 댐퍼에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로 설명하면, 외부의 걸림부가 가이드의 일측과 타측에 형성된 2개의 걸림턱사이에 걸리도록 형성되며; 상기 가이드는 가이드홈을 따라서 일측방향으로 슬라이드 이동운동하면, 걸림턱이 가이드홈의 걸림홈에 수직하향방향으로 이동하여 삽입안착되어, 가이드가 일측방향으로 경사지게 기울어지며, 걸림부가 가이드를 이탈하여, 속도조절댐퍼에 걸리지 않고 통과하도록 하며; 타측방향으로 슬라이드 이동운동하면, 걸림턱이 가이드홈의 걸림홈에 수직하향방향으로 이동하여 삽입안착되어, 가이드가 타측방향으로 경사지게 기울어지며, 걸림부가 가이드를 이탈하여, 속도조절댐퍼에 걸리지 않고 통과하도록; 이루어진 가이드 양방향 기울기형 릴레이식 속도조절용 댐퍼를 제공하는 것이다. 이는 다수개의 도어가 서로 연결된 다중의 슬라이드 도어에 장착되어, 도어가 열릴때에 도어가 열리는 속도를 완충시켜서, 사용자의 안정성 및 사용성을 증가시키고, 도어가 닫힐때에도 닫히는 속도를 완충시켜서, 도어가 문 프레임에 부딛히는 충격을 완충시키고, 스프링에 의하여 자동으로 서서히 닫히도록 하여, 충격 및 소음을 방지하도록 하며, 도어의 수명을 연장시키고자 하는데 있다. 또한, 도어의 상단부에 2개 이상의 댐퍼를 직렬로 릴레이식으로 장착한 경우에, 1개의 댐퍼에 의하여 탄성력으로 자동으로 도어를 개폐하고, 나머지 댐퍼들의 탄성력에 의하여 다시 자동으로 도어를 개폐하여, 탄성력에 의하여 자동으로 도어를 개폐하여 자동이송거리를 증가시키는 데 있다. 또한, 동일한 도어 이동트랙상에서 다수개의 도어가 릴레이식으로 속도조절댐퍼를 통과하여 자유롭게 왕복이동시키는 있는 것이다.
