Auto Locking Apparatus for Windows Preventing Crime and Insect
The present invention provides an automatic locking apparatus for a window for preventing crime and insects, which uses a main structure of a high-quality automatic locking method applied to a sliding window to maximally simplify a structure to fit in a small installation space of a window for preventing crime and insects to reduce manufacturing and installation costs to be provided at a low price, resolves a problem caused by impact noise and wear from locking, and improves operating performance and quality. According to the present invention, the automatic locking apparatus for a window for preventing crime and insects comprises: a case fixed to and installed on a frame of a window for preventing crime and insects; a locker installed in the case and locked to and unlocked from a striker of a window frame; a first elastic member to apply an elastic force to maintain the locker in an unlocking position; a slide member to move between a hooking position and the unhooking position to maintain the locker in a locking position; a second elastic member to apply an elastic force to maintain the slide member in the hooking position where the slide member is hooked on the locker; a pressing member fixed to the slide member to move the slide member from the hooking position to the unhooking position; and a safety locking means to selectively prevent the slide member from moving.
본 발명은 미닫이 창호용에 적용되고 있는 고급형 자동 록킹방식의 주요구성을 이용하여 방범·방충창의 협소한 설치공간에 맞추어 최대한 간소하게 구성함으로써, 제조 및 설치비용을 절감하여 저가로 제공하면서도 록킹시 충돌소음과 마모로 인한 문제를 해소함과 동시에, 조작 성능 및 품질 향상을 도모할 수 있는 방범·방충창용 자동 록킹장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 방범·방충창용 자동 록킹장치는, 방범·방충창의 프레임에 고정 설치되는 케이스와, 케이스 내에 설치되어 창틀의 스크라이커에 록킹 및 록킹해제되는 록커와, 록커가 항상 록킹해제위치에 있도록 탄성력을 작용하는 제1 탄성부재와, 록커가 록킹위치에서 유지되도록 걸림위치와 걸림해제위치 사이에서 이동하는 슬라이드부재와, 슬라이드부재가 항상 록커와 걸림유지되는 걸림위치에 있도록 탄성력을 작용하는 제2 탄성부재와, 슬라이드부재와 고정되어 슬라이드부재를 걸림위치에서 걸림해제위치로 이동시키기 위한 누름부재와, 슬라이드부재가 선택적으로 이동하지 않도록 하는 안전잠금수단을 포함하여 이루어진다.
