The present invention relates to a device for binding a masonry wall for an apartment house, which adjusts the height of a brick connection loop connected to a brick connection plate to the height of a masonry wall, and then fixes the brick connection loop to prevent the brick connection loop from moving. The device for binding a masonry wall for an apartment house comprises: vertical connection bars (52, 54) vertically bent upwards from a rear end of a brick connection loop (50); annular hooking grooves (52g, 54g) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the vertical connection bar (52, 54) at regular intervals in a vertical direction; vertical guide units (32, 34) inwardly rolled in a cylindrical shape towards each other from edges of both sides of a wall fixing bracket (30), wherein the vertical connection bars (52, 54) are upwardly inserted thereinto from the bottom, and middle portions thereof are parallel with each other; a cut unit (32c, 34c) formed in the middle of the vertical guide units (32, 34); spring stopping protrusions (32a, 34a) flattened from an edge of the cut unit (32c, 34c) towards each other; a toggle flat spring (70) whose both ends are inserted into the cut unit (32c, 34c) and stopped on the spring stopping protrusions (32a, 34a), and which has an elastic force, bends in a bow shape, and switches to a locking or an unlocking state by a pushing or a pulling force; and curling units (72, 74) vertically formed on both ends of the toggle flat spring (70) at regular intervals, and mounted between the annular hooking grooves (52g, 54g) and the spring stopping protrusions (32a, 34a) in a wedge form by an elastic restoring force of the toggle flat spring (70).
본 발명은 벽돌연결판에 연결되는 벽돌연결고리의 높낮이를 조적벽돌의 높이에 맞게 조정한 후 벽돌연결고리가 움직이지 못하도록 고정할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 조적벽 결속장치에 관한 것으로, 벽돌연결고리(50)의 후단부에서 상측을 향해 수직으로 절곡되는 수직연결봉(52)(54); 수직연결봉(52)(54)의 외주면에 상하방향으로 일정한 간격을 이루면서 형성되는 환형걸림홈(52g)(54g); 벽면고정브래킷(30)의 양쪽 가장자리로부터 서로 마주보는 방향으로 안쪽을 향해 원통형으로 말아서 형성되고, 수직연결봉(52)(54)이 아래쪽에서 상측을 향해 삽입되며, 중심이 서로 평행을 이루는 수직안내부(32)(34); 수직안내부(32)(34)의 중간에 각각 형성되는 절개부(32c)(34c); 절개부(32c)(34c)의 가장자리로부터 서로 마주보는 방향으로 평평하게 펼쳐서 형성되는 스프링걸림턱(32a)(34a); 절개부(32c)(34c)에 양단이 삽입되어 스프링걸림턱(32a)(34a)에 걸리고, 누르거나 당기는 힘에 의해 탄성력을 갖고 활모양으로 휘면서 잠금 또는 해제상태로 전환되는 토글판스프링(70); 토글판스프링(70)의 양단에 상하방향으로 일정한 간격을 이루면서 형성되고, 토글판스프링(70)의 탄성복원력에 의해 환형걸림홈(52g)(54g)과 스프링걸림턱(32a)(34a) 사이에 쐐기 형태로 걸리는 컬링부(72)(74)를 포함한다.
