The present invention relates to a floor panel to reduce noise between floors in a multi-story building capable of absorbing impact noise generated between floors in a multi-level building. The floor panel of the present invention comprises: a surface material made of laminate with a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm; an intermediate material made of a low-pressure melamine with a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm bonded to a lower surface of the surface material after impregnating compressed paper with melamine resin and drying the same; and a floor material made of polybutylene with a thickness of 7-9 mm bonded to a lower surface of the intermediate material after being compressed and molded by a mold, wherein a tube for absorbing sound with a diameter of 4-6 mm passes through a through-hole and is coupled to the floor material at an interval of 10 mm. As such, the floor panel of the present invention prevents issues concerning noise complaints caused from noise between floors by absorbing and suppressing impact noise between floors in a multi-story building, and reduces heating costs.
본 발명은 복층 건축물의 층간에서 발생되는 충격소음을 흡수하여 저감시키는 바닥 패널에 관한 것으로, 0.5~1.5mm 두께의 라미네이트로 이루어진 표면재; 압착된 종이에 멜라민 수지를 함침하여 건조시킨 후 상기 표면재 저면에 접합하는 0.5~1.5mm 두께의 저압 멜라민으로 이루어진 중간재, 및 금형을 이용하여 압축 성형한 후 상기 중간재 저면에 접합하는 7~9mm 두께의 폴리부틸렌으로 이루어진 바닥재를 포함하되, 상기 바닥재에 4~6mm 직경의 흡음용 튜브가 10mm 간격으로 관통 결합되어 이루어진 것이다. 본 발명은 공동주택의 층간에서 발생되는 충격소음을 흡수 및 억제하여 공동주택의 위층과 아래층 사이의 층간소음에 의한 분쟁을 예방하고, 동절기 난방에 따른 난방비용을 절감할 수 있다.
