Repairing block of floor plate for concrete and repairing method therof
The present invention relates to a concrete floor plate repairing block which is characterized in that a concave groove part is formed by cutting a damaged concrete floor plate in a shape of a cylindrical groove or a polygonal pillar groove; and the concrete floor plate repairing block is formed to have a size to be fitted into the cut concave groove part, and is inserted into the concave groove part so as to repair the damaged concrete floor plate. The concrete floor plate repairing block comprises: an injection hole which is penetrated from an upper surface to a lower surface so as to inject an adhesive; and an injection route which is extended from the bottom of the injection hole through the lower surface and a side surface of the repairing block to an edge of the upper surface such that the adhesive is injected. Accordingly, the repairing block adheres to the concave groove part by the adhesive injected into the injection route, thereby simplifying repairing processes, and improving constructability. In addition, working hours are shortened by eliminating concrete curing time required for repairing a conventional concrete floor plate, thereby clearing road control and enabling passage of vehicles in a short time.
본 발명은 손상된 콘크리트 바닥판을 원기둥홈 또는 다각기둥홈 형상으로 절취하여 요홈부를 형성하고, 상기 절취된 요홈부에 꼭 맞는 크기로 형성되고 상기 요홈부에 삽입되어 상기 손상된 콘크리트 바닥판을 보수하는 콘크리트 바닥판 보수블록에 있어서, 상기 보수블록은, 상면에서 하면까지 관통되어 접착제를 주입하는 주입공; 및 상기 주입공의 하단에서 상기 보수블록의 하면과 측면을 거쳐 상면의 모서리까지 연장되어 상기 접착제가 주입되는 주입로;를 포함하고, 상기 주입로로 주입되는 상기 접착제에 의해 상기 보수블록을 상기 요홈부에 접착하여 보수 공정을 단순화하고 시공성을 향상시키며, 종래의 콘크리트 바닥판 보수 시 소요되는 콘크리트 양생시간을 삭제하여 작업 시간을 단축시킴으로써 단시간 내에 도로 통제 해제 및 차량 개통이 가능하게 한다.
