The present invention relates to a rapid hardening concrete composition modified with phenylethene-ethyl propenoate-based polymer latex, and to a repairing method for concrete pavement using the same. The rapid hardening concrete composition of the present invention comprises: 15 to 28 parts by weight of a rapid hardening cement binding material; 25 to 40 parts by weight of fine aggregate; 24 to 40 parts by weight of coarse aggregate; 0.4 to 7 parts by weight of water; and 1 to 15 parts by weight of phenylethene-ethyl propenoate-based polymer synthetic latex for improving attachment strength, water proof properties, and durability of concrete. The phenylethene-ethyl propenoate-based polymer synthetic latex includes 30 to 40 parts by weight of phenylethene, 30 to 40 parts by weight of ethyl-propenoate, 1 to 20 parts by weight of butyl-pro-2-enoate, 1 to 10 parts by weight of 2-propenenitrile, 1 to 10 parts by weight of pro-2-enoic acid, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate. The rapid hardening concrete composition modified with phenylethene-ethyl propenoate-based polymer latex of the present invention expresses a compression strength more than or equal to 21PMa within four hours after concrete is deposited, and has excellent water proof properties, cold resistance, and freezing and thawing stability, thereby having an effect of extending lifetime of slab and pavement.
본 발명은 페닐에텐-에틸 프로펜노에이트계 폴리머 라텍스로 개질된 초속경 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 포장보수공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 초속경 시멘트 결합재 15-28 중량부, 잔골재 25-40 중량부, 굵은 골재 24-40중량부, 물 0.4-7 중량부 및 콘크리트의 부착강도, 방수성과 내구성을 개선하기 위해 페닐에텐-에틸 프로펜노에이트계 폴리머 합성라텍스 1-15중량부를 포함하며, 상기 페닐에텐-에틸 프로펜노에이트계 폴리머 합성라텍스는 페닐에텐 30-40 중량부, 에틸-프로페노에이트 30-40 중량부, 부틸-프로-2-에노에이트 1-20 중량부, 2-프로페넨나이트릴 1-10 중량부, 프로-2-에노익산 1-10중량부, 디메틸암모노에틸메틸아크릴레이트 1-10 중량부를 함유하는, 페닐에텐-에틸 프로펜노에이트계 폴리머 합성라텍스로 개질된 초속경 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 포장 보수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 페닐에텐-에틸 프로펜노에이트계 폴리머 합성라텍스로 개질된 초속경 콘크리트 조성물은, 콘크리트 타설 후 4시간에 21PMa 이상의 압축강도를 발현하고, 또한 콘크리트의 방수성과 내한 동결융해안정성이 우수하여 슬래브 및 포장체의 수명연장에 효과가 있다.
