The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a concrete retaining wall block using a recycled aggregate, and the concrete retaining wall block using a recycled aggregate consists of a concrete block body (110) constructed to build a retaining wall by stacking, wherein coupling protrusions (111) are formed on a top surface part, and coupling grooves (112) are formed on a bottom surface part to receive the coupling protrusions. The concrete block body (110) is composed of a concrete mixture which is composed of: 450-580 parts by weight of a recycled aggregate; 80-130 parts by weight of an admixture or a fiber stiffening member; 5-12 parts by weight of an expansive additive; 1.2-2.5 parts by weight of an AE water reducing agent or a shrinkage reducing agent; and 30-100 parts by weight of water based on 100 parts by weight of cement. According to the present invention, a decrease in service life due to an external environment may be prevented, structural stability may be secured, and durability may be improved.
본 발명은 재활용 골재를 이용한 콘크리트 옹벽블록 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상면부에 결합돌기(111)가 형성되고 하면부에 결합돌기의 수용이 가능하도록 결합홈(112)이 형성되어 적층에 의해 옹벽을 구축할 수 있도록 구비되는 콘크리트블록체(110)로 이루어지며; 상기 콘크리트블록체(110)는 시멘트 100중량부에 대해서 재활용골재 450~580중량부, 혼화재 또는 섬유보강재 80~130중량부, 팽창재 5~12중량부, AE감수제 또는 수축저감제 1.2~2,5중량부, 물 30~100중량부를 포함하는 콘크리트혼합물로 이루어지는 재활용 골재를 이용한 콘크리트 옹벽블록 및 그 제조방법을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따르면, 외부 환경에 의해 내구 수명이 단축되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 구조적 안정성을 확보 및 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 유용한 효과를 달성할 수 있다.
