The present invention relates to an antibacterial and shock resistant sewage pipe using silver and jade, and a composition thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an antibacterial and shock resistant sewage pipe using silver and jade, and a composition thereof, wherein the antibacterial and shock resistant sewage pipe is produced by mixing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin including silver and jade and utilizes far-infrared ray emitting efficiency, bacteria proliferation inhibiting efficiency, and sterilizing and antibacterial efficiency of silver and jade which are environment improving materials to be used as antibiotic materials. The antibacterial and shock resistant sewage pipe, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the PVC resin having a polymerization degree of 800-1,200, comprises: 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of silver powder pulverized to have a size of 300-1,200 mesh; 5-15 parts by weight of jade powder pulverized to have a size of 200-600 mesh, a purity of 95-99%, and a water content of 0.03-0.5%; 3.5-5 parts by weight of a composite stabilizer; 5-12 parts by weight of bony coal (calcium carbonate); and 0.2-3 parts by weight of an active agent. The jade powder has emission energy of 0.93 W/m^2 at an emission rate of 5-20 m compared to macula using an FT-IR spectrum, has an intermediate hardness of 5-5.5, and a chemical composition including SiO_2, Fe_2O_3, CaO, MgO, K_2O, and Na_2O.
본 발명은 은과 옥을 이용한 항균성 내충격 하수관과 그 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 내충격 하수도관을 이루는 조성물에 은과 옥을 포함한 폴리염화비닐 수지를 혼합하여 하수도관의 내면에서 환경개선 소재인 은과 옥의 원적외선 방사 효율과 세균 번식의 억제력 및 살균과 항균 능력을 활용하여 항생물질로 사용하는 이로움을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 은과 옥을 이용한 항균성 내충격 하수관과 그 조성물에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 수지 100 중량부에 대하여,중합도 800∼1,200을 갖는 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 수지 100 중량부에 대하여,300∼1,200 메쉬의 크기로 분쇄한 은 분말 0.05∼0.5 중량부, 200∼600 메쉬의 크기로 분쇄되고 순도 95∼99%와 수분함량 0.03∼0.5%로 이루어지는 옥 분말 5∼15 중량부, 복합안정제 3.5∼5 중량부, 경탄(탄산칼슘) 5∼12 중량부, 활제 0.2∼3 중량부를 포함하되;상기 옥 분말은 FT-IR 스펙트럼을 이용한 흑채대비 방사율이 5∼20㎛에서 0.93W/㎡의 방사에너지와, 경도가 5∼5.5의 중경도, 화학조성이 SiO, FeO, CaO, MgO, KO, NaO 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
