Method for reducing noise of floor in underground parking lot
The present invention relates to a construction method to reduce noise on a floor of an underground parking lot. According to the present invention, the noise reducing construction method comprises: a step of performing primary perforation using a drill to a predetermined depth of a foundation concrete forming a mat foundation under the floor after passing through a drain plate from an upper side of a floor concrete which forms an upper structure of the floor of an underground parking lot; a step of performing secondary perforation to an entire depth of the floor concrete in a diameter wider than the diameter of the primary perforation on a part where the primary perforation is performed; a step of installing a set anchor to vertically be erected on the floor of the primary perforation, fixating a strong back on the mat foundation by hitting the strong back of the set anchor; a step of filling a periphery of the drain plate and inside the perforated hole with urethane by injecting urethane into the secondary perforated hole; and a step of performing an epoxy sealing operation such that a nut is reclaimed on the upper part of the perforated hole after fixating the set anchor by combining a nut with an upper end of the bolt of the set anchor.
본 발명에 따른 지하주차장 바닥의 소음개선공법은 지하주차장 바닥 상부구조를 형성하는 바닥 콘크리트의 상면으로부터 배수판을 통과하여 그 아래에 매트기초를 형성하는 기초 콘크리트의 소정의 깊이까지 드릴을 이용하여 1차 천공을 실시하는 단계와, 상기 1차 천공을 실시한 부분에 1차 천공시 직경보다 더 큰 직경으로 바닥 콘크리트 전체 깊이까지 2차 천공을 실시하는 단계와, 셋트앙카를 상기 1차 천공의 바닥에 수직하게 세워 설치하고 상기 셋트앙카의 스트롱을 타격하여 상기 스트롱을 매트기초에 고정시키는 단계와, 상기 2차 천공 내부에 우레탄을 주입하여 상기 배수판 주변과 천공 내부를 우레탄으로 충진시키는 단계와, 상기 셋트앙카의 볼트 상단에 너트를 결합시켜 셋트앙카를 고정한 후 천공 상부에 너트가 매립되도록 에폭시 씰링을 수행하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
