The present invention relates to an apparatus to protect a groundwater meter and a water supply line, and more specifically, to a new concept technique to remove foreign materials, such as sand, rock fragments, etc., included in groundwater pumped from a tubular well, so as to prevent breakage of the groundwater meter and prevent the foreign materials from being clogged in the water supply line. In an existing groundwater top protection hole, an impeller of a groundwater meter installed inside an existing groundwater top protection hole is abraded and damaged by sand and rock fragments moving inside the water supply line, a replacement request is frequently generated. The sand and the rock fragments are stacked in the water supply line and inhibit a smooth flow of the groundwater, so a problem not stably supplying the reliable groundwater to a user is caused. To solve such problems, a vortex is generated and the groundwater bumps on a drum screen during a process moving the groundwater pumped up through a pumping pipe along an inner circumferential surface of the drum screen installed in a filtering tank, so the foreign materials, such as sand, etc., are filtered and dropped to a lower part by the drum screen, and only the clean groundwater is supplied to the water supply line.
본 발명은 지하수계량기 및 송수관로 보호장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 관정으로부터 양수된 지하수에 포함된 모래, 암반 부스러기 등의 이물질을 제거하여 지하수계량기의 파손을 방지함과 아울러 이물질이 송수관로에 적체됨을 방지하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 지하수 상부보호공은 송수관의 내부를 이동하는 모래 및 암반부스러기에 의해 지하수 상부보호공의 내부에 설치된 지하수계량기의 임펠러가 마모, 파손되어 잦은 교체가 요구되고, 모래 및 암반부스러기는 송수관로에 적체되면서 지하수의 원활한 흐름을 방해하여 사용자가 신뢰할 수 있는 안정적인 지하수를 공급할 수 없는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 양수관을 통해 양수된 지하수가 여과조에 설치된 드럼스크린의 내주면을 따라 이동하는 과정에서 와류를 발생함과 아울러 드럼스크린에 충돌하면서 모래 등의 이물질은 드럼스크린에 의해 여과되어 하부로 낙하하고 깨끗한 지하수만 급수관으로 공급될 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
