Disclosed is an assembly for separating liquids and solid in an excrement treatment apparatus, the assembly comprising: a solid container storing solids and toilet paper included in excreta; an excreta container installed to be spaced apart from an upper portion of an inlet port formed on an upper surface of the solid container at a regular interval, and connected to a toilet to allow the excreta to flow thereinto; an intermediate wastewater container installed on the solid container such that the inlet port is fitted thereto, and storing wastewater; a blocking plate inserted into a gap between the inlet port and the excreta container or led therefrom by a rotation motion, and an arm connected to the blocking plate and rotated around a support shaft; and a cylinder unit linearly moving such that the arm is rotated.
