The present invention relates to a heat-insulating composite waterproof sheet (100) capable of discharging moisture by placing a soft film between nonwoven fabrics; to a manufacturing method thereof; and to a waterproofing method using the heat-insulating composite waterproof sheet (100). The heat-insulating composite waterproof sheet (100) comprises: a lamination part (110) including a lower sheet (111) which is a nonwoven fabric, a soft film (112) attached to an upper surface of the lower sheet (111), and an upper sheet (113) which is a nonwoven fabric attached to the upper surface of the soft film (112); and a gas vent part (115) which is a part extended from the upper sheet (113) to one side of the lamination part (110). Accordingly, moisture included in a slab (210) changes into water vapor and is able to easily be discharged through the gas vent part (115) after a waterproofing process. Moreover, the slab (210) is able to be waterproof in case of rainfall.
본 발명에 의한 부직포 사이 연질필름을 개재시켜 수분배출이 가능한 단열복합방수시트(100) 및 상기 단열복합방수시트의 제조방법 및 상기 단열복합방수시트를 이용한 방수공법은, 단열복합방수시트(100)가 부직포인 하부시트(111)와, 상기 하부시트(111)의 상면에 부착되는 연질필름(112)과, 상기 연질필름(112)의 상면에 부착되는 부직포인 상부시트(113)를 포함하는 적층부(110)와, 상기 상부시트(113)에서 상기 적층부(110)의 일측방으로 연장된 부분인 가스벤트부(115)를 포함하기 때문에, 시공 후에 슬래브(210)가 포함하고 있는 수분이 수증기가 되어 상기 가스벤트부(115)를 통해서 용이하게 배기될 수 있을뿐만 아니라, 강우 시 방수가 가능한 효과가 있다.
