SHEET OF DOUBLE PROTECTIVE COATING WATERPROOF LAYER AND WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION MEOHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a waterproof layer protective material that is applied to the outside of a waterproof layer during waterproofing construction so that the waterproof layer can be protected. According to the present invention, impact transmission to the waterproof layer can be minimized by means of buffering by a synthetic resin foaming layer in the event of an earth and sand- or concrete-based external impact during earth and sand refilling or pressing concrete construction. Because a film layer is formed on the wall waterproofing double protective material, the separation of the wall waterproofing double protective material from the waterproof layer and its downward flow or bending can be blocked that results from the peeling of the film layer in the event of sinking pressure application caused by earth and sand or concrete. Accordingly, damage to the waterproof layer and the protective material can be prevented. The film layer is formed of decomposable plastic, and thus the film layer is peeled and stays in the earth and sand or concrete and is decomposed over time. Therefore, the present invention generates no endocrine-disrupting chemicals during the discarding of the earth and sand or concrete for waterproof layer damage, repair, and maintenance and, as such, the present invention is environmentally friendly.
본 발명은 방수시공 중 방수층을 보호하기 위하여 상기 방수층의 외측에 시공되는 방수층 보호재에 관한 것으로서, 토사 되메우기 또는 누름 콘크리트 시공 시 토사 또는 콘크리트에 의하여 외부 충격 발생 시 합성수지 발포층에 의해 완충시켜 방수층으로의 충격전달을 최소화시킬 수 있고, 상기 벽체용 방수 이중 보호재 상부에 필름층을 형성시킴으로써, 토사 또는 콘크리트에 의하여 침하압력이 가해졌을 때 상기 필름층이 박리되어 상기 벽체용 방수 이중 보호재가 방수층과 이격되어 흘러내리거나 휘어지는 것을 차단하여 방수층 및 보호재의 손상을 방지할 수 있으며, 상기 필름층의 재질은 분해성 플라스틱으로써, 박리되어 토사 또는 콘크리트 내부에 잔존하게 되고, 시간이 경과함에 따라 분해되어 추후 방수층 파손 및 보수로 인해 토사 또는 콘크리트 폐기 시 환경호르몬이 발생되지 않아 친환경적이다.
