FROZEN PREVENTING DEVICE FOR PLASTIC PIPING OR WATER TANK USING MICROWAVE
Disclosed is a device for preventing the freezing of a plastic pipe or a water tank by using microwaves. The device for preventing the freezing of a plastic pipe or a water tank by using microwaves according to the present invention, which is fixed to the outside or top of a plastic pipe or a water tank to prevent the freezing of the plastic pipe in winter, comprises a body unit consisting of a hexahedral upper body positioned on the outside or top of the pipe or the water tank and a lower body extending downward from the upper body to surround the lower portion of the pipe. The body unit includes a power generation unit, a microwave generation unit, and a control unit so as to heat the pipe by using microwaves. A microwave shielding paint is coated on the inner surface of the body unit to prevent the diffusion of the microwaves.
마이크로파를 이용한 플라스틱 배관 또는 물 탱크의 동파 방지 장치에 대해서 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 마이크로파를 이용한 플라스틱 배관 또는 물 탱크의 동파 방지 장치는, 플라스틱 배관 또는 물 탱크의 외측 또는 상부에 고정되어 설치되며, 동절기에 상기 플라스틱 배관의 동파를 방지하기 위해서, 상기 배관 또는 물 탱크의 외측 또는 상부에 위치하며, 육면체 형상의 상부 본체; 및 상기 상부 본체로부터 하향 연장되며, 상기 배관의 하부를 감싸도록 형성되는 하부 본체;로 이루어지는 본체부;를 포함하되, 상기 본체부는 상기 배관을 마이크로파를 이용하여 가열하기 위해서 전력 생성부, 마이크로파 생성부, 및 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 본체부의 내면에는 마이크로파의 확산을 방지하기 위한 마이크로파 차폐 도료가 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
