The present invention relates to a dust collector having a screen protection means, and more particularly, to dust collector having a screen protection means, which has the screen protection means floating above a water surface by a buoyant force in front of the known dust collector, and in which when a large floating matter such as large log or a large amount of garbage flows down to a screen, the large floating matter hits a buoyant body of the screen protection means first, and approaches the screen in a state in which the moving speed is greatly lowered, thereby preventing damage to or bending of the screen. A dust collector installation structure (3) including a tunnel type water inlet (2) is provided at a predetermined position of a waterway (1). The dust collector installation structure (3) is provided with a known dust collector for removing waste flowing down along the waterway. An installation bracket (40) is installed on both side walls of the dust collector installation structure (3) in front of both frames of the dust collector. The screen protection means (30) including a buoyancy body 31 having an elliptical cross section and a hinge lever (32) including a front hinge portion (33) provided on both sides of the buoyancy body 31 and a hinge lever (32) having a rear hinge portion (34) provided on the installation bracket (40) is installed in a hinge manner at a front end of the installation bracket (40) provided on both side walls of the dust collector installation structure (3).
본 발명은 스크린 보호수단이 구비된 제진기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 공지된 제진기의 전방에 부력에 의해 수면위로 뜨는 스크린보호수단을 설치함으로써, 스크린에 접촉시 충격을 줄 수 있는 대형통나무나 많은 양의 쓰레기더미와 같은 대형부유물이 스크린측으로 흘러내려갈 때, 대형부유물이 스크린보호수단의 부력체에 먼저 부딪치면서 이동속도가 대폭 낮아진 상태로 스크린에 도달함에 따라 스크린에 작용하는 하중이 미약하게 되어 스크린의 파손이나 휨 등의 손상을 예방할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.본 발명은 수로(1)의 소정위치에 터널형 통수구(2)를 포함하는 제진기 설치구조물(3)이 설치되고, 이 제진기 설치구조물(3)에는 수로를 따라 물 위에 떠서 흘러 내려오는 쓰레기를 제거하는 공지된 제진기가 설치되는 것에 있어서, 상기 제진기의 양측 프레임 전방에 있는 제진기 설치구조물(3)의 양 측벽에 설치브래킷(40)이 설치되고, 상기 제진기 설치구조물(3)의 양 측벽에 설치되어 있는 설치브래킷(40)의 선단부에는 단면이 타원형으로 형성된 부력체(31)와, 상기 부력체(31)의 양측에 힌지식으로 설치되는 전방힌지부(33)와 설치브래킷(40)에 설치되는 후방힌지부(34)가 형성된 힌지레버(32)로 이루어진 스크린보호수단(30)이 힌지식으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
