Prefabricated Steel floor structure for buildings
The present invention provides a prefabricated floor structure for a steel frame building and, specifically, a prefabricated floor structure for a steel frame building, which largely reduces noise and vibration and can construct a rapid and strong floor by simple and mutual connection when a floor of a factory, a parking lot, or various warehouses constructed in a steel frame structure is constructed. In other words, according to the present invention, the prefabricated floor structure for a steel frame building includes: an H-beam installed to be parallel on the floor at fixed intervals; a flooring material assembled in a row by being attached to the upper part of the H-beam, as a flat upper plate, a first side plate bent downwards from one side of the upper plate, and a second side plate formed on the other side of the upper plate and having a mounting groove on which the first side plate is mounted are integrally formed; and one or more reinforcing units having a ground connection surface in the upper part to be welded by being in contact with the upper plate in the lower side of the upper plate of the flooring material.
본 발명은 철골조 건물용 조립식 바닥구조로서, 이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 철골구조로 지어지는 각종 물류창고나 주차장 또는 공장의 바닥을 시공할 때 간단히 상호 연결구성만 하면 신속하면서도 견고한 바닥을 구성할 수 있으면서도 소음과 진동을 대폭 절감한 철골조 건물용 조립식 바닥구조를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 바닥에 일정간격으로 나란히 설치되는 H빔과; 평평한 상판과, 상판 일측에 하향절곡된 제1측판과, 상판의 타측에 제1측판이 안치되는 안치홈이 형성된 제2측판이 일체로 형성되어 상기 H빔 상부에 밀착되어 일렬로 조립되는 바닥재와; 상기 바닥재의 상판 아래로 상판과 면접하여 용접결합 되도록 상부에 접지면을 갖는 1개 이상의 보강대;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
