The present invention relates to a gear box for an auger screw, which is to transfer power to an auger screw used to excavate the ground, and, more specifically, to a gear box for an auger screw, which makes the maintenance of internal gears convenient to maximally simplify the structure thereof by forming the upper, lower, and side plates of the gear box to be integrated, prevents deformation, such as bending caused by the repetitive separation of the upper and lower plates, as the separation of the upper and lower plates is not required during the maintenance process of the internal gears, prevents oil leakage caused by the deformation of the upper and lower plates, and does not require the thick thickness of the side plates as the side plates are integrated with the upper and lower plates, thereby reducing the weight and manufacturing costs of the gear box.
본 발명은 지반을 굴착하는데 사용되는 오거스크류에 동력을 전달하기 위한 기어박스에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 기어박스를 이루는 측판과 상판과 하판을 일체화 형성함으로써, 그 구조를 최대한 간소화게 하는 등 내부 기어들의 보수가 편리하게 하며, 또한, 내부 기어들의 보수 과정에서 상판과 하판을 분리할 필요없이 반복적인 분리로 인한 휨 등의 변형이 발생되는 것을 방지하며, 특히 이러한 상판과 하판의 변형으로 인한 오일의 누유를 방지하며, 또한, 일체화된 구조를 이루게 함으로써, 측판의 두께를 두껍게 구성할 필요가 없게 되는 등 이에 따른 기어박스 중량의 감소와 제작 원가의 감소를 가져오게 하기 위한 오거스크류용 기어박스에 관한 것이다.
