The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fragrant plaster flower pot including: a first step (S1) of producing a mold by mixing silicone with hardener; a second step (S2) of producing a mixture by mixing plaster powder with aromatic oil and and water; a third step (S3) of pouring the mixture obtained in the second step (S2) into the mold obtained in the first step; a fourth step (S4) of hardening the mold for four to five hours in a shade at a constant temperature of 20 to 25 degrees Celsius after the mixture pouring in the third step (S3); a fifth step (S5) of separating from the mold the plaster flower pot hardened in the fourth step (S4); and a sixth step (S6) of providing a pattern portion on the surface of the plaster flower pot by patterning and coloring and after the separation from the mold in the fifth step (S5).
본 발명은 향 발산 석고화분의 제조방법이 개시되는 것으로, 실리콘과 경화제를 혼합하여 몰드를 제조하는 제1공정(S1); 석고분말, 방향성오일, 물을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 제2공정(S2); 제2공정(S2)에 의해 혼합된 혼합물을 제1공정에 의해 제조된 몰드에 부어주는 제3공정(S3); 제3공정(S3)에 의해 혼합물이 부어진 몰드를 상온 20℃ ~ 25℃의 응달에서 4시간 ~ 5시간 경화시키는 제4공정(S4); 제4공정(S4)에 의해 경화된 석고화분을 몰드로부터 탈형하는 제5공정(S5); 제5공정(S5)에 의해 몰드로부터 탈형된 석고화분의 표면에 문양을 그려 채색하여 문양부를 구비하는 제6공정(S6)으로 구비되어 이루어진다.
