DOOR LOCKING DEVICE HAVING HANDLE FOR CABINET
The present invention relates to a locking device with an integral handle of a locker, comprising: a case which is coupled to a door to be separated to play a role as a handle; a holder which is coupled to the inside of the case to be separated, and through which a through hole is formed in an axis direction; a key assembly which is inserted to one side of the holder at a predetermined depth to be fixed, and which rotates in a circumferential direction by a key; an operator which is inserted to the other side of the holder and connected to the key assembly to be rotated together; a locking lever which rotates with the operator and determines whether the door is locked; and a setting checking unit which limits a rotation angle of the operator with respect to the holder, and which is capable of checking an operation of the locking lever. Unlike a conventional art, the present invention enables to integrally assemble a locking device of a locker with a handle thereof, thereby improving assembly productivity compared to the case of additionally assembling the locking device and the handle with a door. Also, a rotation amount of a key for opening and closing the door can be set to prevent damage due to excessive rotations, and the setting checking unit for setting the rotation amount can be disposed on the outside of the holder, thereby facilitating maintenance.
본 발명은 사물함의 손잡이 일체형 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 도어에 분리 가능하게 결합되어 손잡이 역할을 하는 케이스, 케이스 내측에 분리 가능하게 결합되고 축 방향으로 관통홀을 통공한 홀더, 홀더의 일측으로 설정깊이만큼 삽입되어 고정되고 열쇠에 의해 원주 방향으로 회전되는 키뭉치, 홀더의 타측으로 삽입되고 키뭉치에 연결되어 함께 회전되는 작동자, 작동자와 함께 회전되며 도어의 잠금 여부를 설정하는 잠금레버, 및 홀더에 대한 작동자의 회전 각도를 제한하고 잠금레버의 조작감을 확인 가능한 설정확인부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 사물함의 시건장치와 손잡이를 일체화하도록 조립함에 따라 시건장치와 손잡이를 도어에 별도로 조립할 때보다 조립 생산성을 향상시키고, 도어의 개폐를 위한 열쇠의 회전량을 설정함에 따라 과도한 회전에 의한 파손을 방지하며, 회전량 설정을 위한 설정확인부의 구성을 홀더의 외측에 구비함에 따라 유지 보수가 용이할 수 있다.
