Freeze prevention pipe
According to the present invention, a freeze prevention pipe which prevents a pipe buried in the ground from freezing and bursting and prevents slime around the inner circumferential face of the pipe in order to avoid quality deterioration of water passing inside the pipe. The freeze prevention pipe includes: a pipe made of synthetic resins; a first coating unit coated on the inner circumferential face of the pipe and made of a material which contains metal which emits an ion and prevents slime; a second coating unit coated on the outer circumferential face of the pipe and made of a material generating electromagnetic waves when power is supplied; and a heating line detachably installed on the outer circumferential face of the second coating unit in the longitudinal direction.
본 발명에 의한 동파방지 파이프는, 지중에 매설되는 파이프의 동파를 방지하고, 파이프의 내주면에 물때를 방지할 수 있도록 하여 파이프 내부를 지나가는 수질악화를 방지하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 합성수지 재질로 이루어지는 파이프, 상기 파이프의 내주면에 코팅되며, 이온을 방출하는 금속을 함유하는 물때방지하는 소재로 이루어지는 제1코팅부, 상기 파이프의 외주면에 코팅되며, 전원이 공급되면 전자파가 발생하는 소재로 이루어지는 제2코팅부, 상기 제2코팅부 외주면에 길이방향으로 탈부착가능하게 설치되는 발열선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
