PIPE CLEANING METHOD
Disclosed is a method to clean a duct. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method to clean a duct, which has water flowing inside and a first valve and a second valve in accordance with the order of the directions in which the water flows, comprises: a step of closing the second valve; a step of opening the first valve; a step of connecting an injection unit and a pump, which are located behind the first valve when viewed from the direction in which the water flows; a step of the pumps injecting compressed air with a cycle in the shape of a pulse into the injection unit to form an air pig; and a step of discharging the air pig and the water through a discharge unit which is placed before the second valve when viewed from the direction in which the water flows. The present invention aims to provide a method to effectively clean the inside of a duct.
관로 세척 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 내부에 상수(上水)가 흐르고, 상기 상수가 흐르는 방향의 순서에 따라서 제 1 밸브 및 제 2 밸브를 가지는 관로 세척 방법에 있어서, 상기 제 2 밸브를 잠그고, 상기 제 1 밸브는 연 상태로, 상기 상수가 흐르는 방향에서 볼 때 상기 제 1 밸브 다음에 위치하는 주입부와 펌프를 연결하며, 상기 펌프는 맥동파 형태의 주기를 가지는 압축 공기를 상기 주입부에 주입하여 에어 피그(air pig)를 형성하고, 상기 상수가 흐르는 방향에서 볼 때 상기 제 2 밸브 이전에 위치하는 배출부를 통해 상기 에어 피그와 상기 상수를 배출하는, 관로 세척 방법이 제공된다.
