Watering-Suction Vehicle for Joint Repair and Joint Repair Method Using the Same
The present invention relates to a watering suction vehicle for repairing a joint, which repairs a joint while driving in the longitudinal direction of the joint. The watering suction vehicle for repairing a joint includes: a joint insertion unit installed in the lower part of the vehicle and applies a physical outer force to foreign substances in the joint by being inserted into the joint; an injection unit installed in rear of the joint insertion unit and injecting water of a high pressure onto the floor; a suction unit installed in rear of the injection unit and sucking the foreign substances positioned in the joint and an adjacent area to the joint; and a storage tank installed in the upper part of the suction unit and storing the foreign substances sucked by the suction unit. Also, a joint repairing method using a watering suction vehicle for repairing a joint includes: a step of cutting both sides of the joint using a wet cutting device; a step of applying the physical outer force to the foreign substances in the joint by inserting the joint insertion unit of the watering suction vehicle for repairing a joint into the joint; a step of injecting the water of the high pressure to the joint and the adjacent area to the joint by using the injection unit of the watering suction vehicle for repairing a joint; and a step of sucking the foreign substances located on the joint and the adjacent area to the joint by using the suction unit of the watering suction vehicle for repairing a joint.
본 발명에 따른 줄눈보수용 살수흡입차량은, 줄눈의 길이 방향을 따라 운행하며 줄눈을 보수하는 줄눈보수용 차량에 있어서, 차량의 하부에 구비되며, 줄눈에 삽입되어 줄눈 내의 이물질에 물리적인 외력을 인가하는 줄눈삽입유닛, 상기 줄눈삽입유닛보다 후방에 구비되며, 바닥면에 고압의 물을 분사하는 분사유닛, 상기 분사유닛보다 후방에 구비되며, 줄눈 및 줄눈의 인접 영역에 위치한 이물질을 흡입하는 흡입유닛 및 상기 흡입유닛의 상부에 구비되며, 상기 흡입유닛에 의해 흡입된 이물질을 저장하는 저장탱크를 포함한다. 그리고 이를 이용한 줄눈보수방법은, 줄눈보수용 살수흡입차량을 이용한 줄눈보수방법에 있어서, 습식커팅장치로 줄눈 양측면을 절단하는 단계, 상기 줄눈보수용 살수흡입차량의 줄눈삽입유닛을 상기 줄눈에 삽입하여 줄눈 내의 이물질에 물리적인 외력을 인가하는 단계, 상기 줄눈보수용 살수흡입차량의 분사유닛으로 줄눈 및 줄눈의 인접 영역에 고압의 물을 분사하는 단계 및 상기 줄눈보수용 살수흡입차량의 흡입유닛을 통해 줄눈 및 줄눈의 인접 영역에 위치한 이물질을 흡입하는 단계를 포함한다.
