CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SOIL RETAINING WALL
A soil retaining structure of the present invention includes: a concrete pile wall (200) formed by consecutively inserting a plurality of hollow concrete precast piles (220), installed in a vertical direction of the ground (100), into the upper part of a bedrock layer (120); a main pile (210) installed more deeply than the precast piles (220), and inserted into the bedrock layer (120) in a section between the concrete pile wall (200) and another concrete pile wall (200), adjacent to the first one; a combination groove (213) formed on the inner surface of the main pile (210); a combination part (500) installed in the combination groove (213); and a wale (400) combined with the combination part (500). The pile wall (precast piles and cast-in-place piles arranged in a line) is formed by using the concrete precast pile, inserted into the upper surface of the bedrock layer, and the cast-in-place pile, inserted into the bedrock layer, and the combination part, combined with the wale, is installed in a side part of the cast-in-place pile including an H-shaped steel pile. As such, a substantial soil retaining structure is able to be installed. Moreover, the present invention is capable of improving the resistance of the soil retaining structure by additionally installing an earth anchor in the retaining structure depending on rear earth pressure.
본 발명의 흙막이 구조물은 지반(100)의 상하방향을 따라 설치되는 중공 구조의 콘크리트 재질의 기성말뚝(220) 복수가 연속적으로 암반층(120)의 상부까지 삽입되어 형성된 콘크리트말뚝벽(200); 상기 기성말뚝(220)보다 더 깊게 설치됨과 아울러, 상기 콘크리트말뚝벽(200)과 인접하여 설치되는 또 다른 상기 콘크리트말뚝벽(200)의 사이 구간에 암반층(120)까지 삽입되어 설치된 주말뚝(210); 상기 주말뚝(210)의 내측면에 형성된 결합홈(213); 상기 결합홈(213)에 설치되는 결합부(500); 상기 결합부(500)에 결합되는 띠장(400);을 포함한다. 암반층의 상부면에 삽입되어 설치되는 콘크리트 기성말뚝과 암반층까지 삽입되는 설치되는 현장타설말뚝을 사용하여 말뚝벽(열지어 형성된 기성말뚝과 현장타설말뚝)을 형성하고, H형 강재파일이 삽입된 현장타설말뚝의 측면부에 띠장이 결합할 수 있는 결합부를 설치하여 견고한 흙막이 구조물을 설치할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 배면토압에 따라 흙막이 구조에 어스앵커를 추가 설치하여 흙막이 구조물의 저항력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SOIL RETAINING WALL
A soil retaining structure of the present invention includes: a concrete pile wall (200) formed by consecutively inserting a plurality of hollow concrete precast piles (220), installed in a vertical direction of the ground (100), into the upper part of a bedrock layer (120); a main pile (210) installed more deeply than the precast piles (220), and inserted into the bedrock layer (120) in a section between the concrete pile wall (200) and another concrete pile wall (200), adjacent to the first one; a combination groove (213) formed on the inner surface of the main pile (210); a combination part (500) installed in the combination groove (213); and a wale (400) combined with the combination part (500). The pile wall (precast piles and cast-in-place piles arranged in a line) is formed by using the concrete precast pile, inserted into the upper surface of the bedrock layer, and the cast-in-place pile, inserted into the bedrock layer, and the combination part, combined with the wale, is installed in a side part of the cast-in-place pile including an H-shaped steel pile. As such, a substantial soil retaining structure is able to be installed. Moreover, the present invention is capable of improving the resistance of the soil retaining structure by additionally installing an earth anchor in the retaining structure depending on rear earth pressure.
본 발명의 흙막이 구조물은 지반(100)의 상하방향을 따라 설치되는 중공 구조의 콘크리트 재질의 기성말뚝(220) 복수가 연속적으로 암반층(120)의 상부까지 삽입되어 형성된 콘크리트말뚝벽(200); 상기 기성말뚝(220)보다 더 깊게 설치됨과 아울러, 상기 콘크리트말뚝벽(200)과 인접하여 설치되는 또 다른 상기 콘크리트말뚝벽(200)의 사이 구간에 암반층(120)까지 삽입되어 설치된 주말뚝(210); 상기 주말뚝(210)의 내측면에 형성된 결합홈(213); 상기 결합홈(213)에 설치되는 결합부(500); 상기 결합부(500)에 결합되는 띠장(400);을 포함한다. 암반층의 상부면에 삽입되어 설치되는 콘크리트 기성말뚝과 암반층까지 삽입되는 설치되는 현장타설말뚝을 사용하여 말뚝벽(열지어 형성된 기성말뚝과 현장타설말뚝)을 형성하고, H형 강재파일이 삽입된 현장타설말뚝의 측면부에 띠장이 결합할 수 있는 결합부를 설치하여 견고한 흙막이 구조물을 설치할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 배면토압에 따라 흙막이 구조에 어스앵커를 추가 설치하여 흙막이 구조물의 저항력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
