The present invention relates to a water tank which can prevent damage to the water tank when an earthquake occurs. The water tank is made of steel or a composite material to store water therein. A floor foundation concrete unit is formed on the ground or an upper portion of a structure to come in contact with a lower portion of the water tank and support the water tank. A drain pipe unit consists of an inflow pipe unit mounted on one side of the water tank to allow storage water to flow thereinto and a discharge pipe unit to discharge water. The water tank comprises: an impact absorbing unit formed on an upper portion of the floor foundation concrete unit and an upper portion of a water tank unit to disperse an impact force by external horizontal vibration; and an escape prevention unit mounted on a lower portion of the water tank unit and formed on a side of the floor foundation concrete unit to prevent excessive horizontal displacement of the water tank unit. Accordingly, a horizontal vibration impact caused by an earthquake can be easily absorbed and dispersed. An impact force applied to the water tank can be effectively reduced.
본 발명은 지진시 물탱크의 파손을 방지할 수 있는 물탱크에 관한 것으로, 강재 또는 복합재료로 이루어져 내부에 물을 저장하기 위한 물탱크와 지반 또는 구조물의 상부에 형성되어 상기 물탱크의 하부와 접하고 물탱크를 지지하는 바닥기초 콘크리트부가 형성되며, 상기 물탱크의 일측면에 결합되어 저장 수가 유입되는 입수관부와 물이 배출되는 배출관부로 이루어진 배수관부로 이루어지고, 상기 바닥기초 콘크리트부의 상부와 물탱크부의 상부에 형성되어 외부의 수평 진동에 의한 충격력을 분산하기 위한 충격 완충부, 상기 물탱크부의 하부에 결합되고, 상기 바닥기초 콘크리트부의 측면에 형성되어 상기 물탱크부의 과도한 수평변위를 방지하기 위한 이탈방지부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 지진에 의해 발생되는 수평진동 충격을 용이하게 흡수 및 분산시킬 수 있으며, 상기 물탱크에 가해지는 충격력을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
