STEEL BUILT UP BOX BEAM FOR THE HOLLOW TYPE CONCRETE COMPOSITE GIRDER
The present invention relates to a steel built-up beam for a concrete composite beam which efficiently disposes and forms steel which forms a built-up beam to increase structural performance and reduce materials and a story height. The steel built-up beam for a concrete composite beam includes: I-shaped steel which comprises an upper flange, a lower flange, and a web with an opening; an empty tubular body which is installed by penetrating the opening of the web and has the length having the same size as the width of the lower flange; and a sheet for a mold which is vertically installed at the side end of the lower flange and has a tubular body fixing hole to which the end of the tubular body is inserted.
본 발명은 합성보를 구성시키는 강재를 효율적으로 배치 및 구성시켜 구조성능을 향상시키고 재료 및 층고를 절감시킬 수 있도록 하는 콘크리트 합성보용 강재 조립보에 관한 것으로서, 상부플랜지와 하부플랜지 및 개구가 구비된 웨브로 이루어지는 I형강과; 상기 웨브의 개구를 관통하여 설치되는 것으로서 상기 하부플랜지의 폭과 동일한 크기의 길이를 가지면서 내부가 빈 관체와; 상기 하부플랜지의 측단부에 수직으로 설치되는 것으로서 상기 관체의 단부가 삽입되는 관체고정공이 구비된 거푸집용 박판;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
