A STERILIZER USING ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT EMMITING DIODE
The present invention relates to a sterilizer using an ultraviolet light-emitting diode, wherein the sterilizer is disposed in a space of a sink drainage hole, a cup, a loofah container, and the like to be sterilized, and performs sterilization by irradiating ultraviolet rays toward a region to be sterilized. The sterilizer of the present invention comprises: a first housing (10) including an outer surface facing a region to be sterilized; a second housing (20) coupled with the first housing, and identifying a housing internal space and a housing external space; an irradiation hole (11) disposed in the first housing, and opened toward a region to be sterilized; a window member accommodating unit (12) disposed on the inner surface of the first housing around the irradiation hole; a window member (40) installed in the window member accommodating unit; a stepped unit (13) disposed at the edge of the window member accommodating unit, and having the substantially same height as the height of the window member accommodated in the window member accommodating unit; a first O-ring (50) for covering a gap between the window member and the stepped unit; a compressing member (60) fixed to the first housing, compressing the first O-ring, and having a hole (62) arranged with the irradiation hole while being fixed to the first housing; and a substrate (70) installed in the housing, and having an ultraviolet light-emitting diode (72) mounted thereon to irradiate ultraviolet rays through the hole and the irradiation hole.
본 발명은 싱크대 배수구, 컵, 수세미 보관통 등 살균하고자 하는 곳에 거치하여 살균하고자 하는 영역을 향해 자외선을 조사함으로써 살균을 실시하는 자외선 발광다이오드를 이용한 살균기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 살균기는 살균하고자 하는 영역과 마주하는 외면을 포함하는 제1하우징(10); 상기 제1하우징과 결합되어 하우징 내부의 공간과 하우징 외부의 공간을 규정하는 제2하우징(20); 상기 제1하우징에 마련되며, 살균하고자 하는 영역을 향해 개방된 조사공(11); 상기 조사공 주위에서 상기 제1하우징의 내면에 마련된 창부재 수용부(12); 상기 창부재 수용부에 설치되는 창부재(40); 상기 창부재 수용부의 가장자리에 구비되며, 상기 창부재 수용부에 수용된 창부재의 높이와 실질적으로 동일한 높이를 가지는 단턱부(13); 상기 창부재와 단턱부 사이의 틈을 덮는 제1오링(50); 상기 제1하우징에 고정되어 상기 제1오링을 압착하고, 상기 제1하우징에 고정된 상태에서 상기 조사공과 정렬되는 홀(62)이 마련된 압착부재(60); 및 상기 하우징 내부에 설치되어 상기 홀과 조사공을 통해 자외선을 조사하는 자외선 발광다이오드(72)가 실장된 기판(70);을 포함한다.
A STERILIZER USING ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT EMMITING DIODE
The present invention relates to a sterilizer using an ultraviolet light-emitting diode, wherein the sterilizer is disposed in a space of a sink drainage hole, a cup, a loofah container, and the like to be sterilized, and performs sterilization by irradiating ultraviolet rays toward a region to be sterilized. The sterilizer of the present invention comprises: a first housing (10) including an outer surface facing a region to be sterilized; a second housing (20) coupled with the first housing, and identifying a housing internal space and a housing external space; an irradiation hole (11) disposed in the first housing, and opened toward a region to be sterilized; a window member accommodating unit (12) disposed on the inner surface of the first housing around the irradiation hole; a window member (40) installed in the window member accommodating unit; a stepped unit (13) disposed at the edge of the window member accommodating unit, and having the substantially same height as the height of the window member accommodated in the window member accommodating unit; a first O-ring (50) for covering a gap between the window member and the stepped unit; a compressing member (60) fixed to the first housing, compressing the first O-ring, and having a hole (62) arranged with the irradiation hole while being fixed to the first housing; and a substrate (70) installed in the housing, and having an ultraviolet light-emitting diode (72) mounted thereon to irradiate ultraviolet rays through the hole and the irradiation hole.
