The present invention relates to a method for producing a white Hweryeong oil pottery. A white Hweryeong glaze is glazed on the surface of a pottery, so a new texture of the pottery is expressed and durability of the pottery is improved. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises: a molding step of molding a pottery having a desired shaped by wedging a ceramic body; a biscuit firing step of calcining the molded pottery at 850-900C; a white Hweryeong glaze glazing step of coating the surface of the bisquit fired pottery with a white Hweryeong glaze including 30-50 wt% of glutinous rice straw, 10-20 wt% of oak material, 20-30 wt% of feldspar, 5-10 wt% of quartzite, and 5-10 wt% of dolomite; and a re-firing step of calcining the glazed pottery at 1250-1300C.
본 발명은 백회령유 도자기 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 도자기 표면에 백회령유 유약이 시유되어짐으로서 도자기의 새로운 질감이 표현되어지도록 함과 함께 도자기의 내구성이 향상되도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 소지를 토련하여 원하는 형상의 도자기를 성형하는 성형단계와; 상기 성형이 이루어진 도자기를 850~900℃에서 소성하는 초벌구이단계와; 상기 초벌구이가 이루어진 도자기 표면에 찹쌀벼짚재 30~50중량%, 참나무재 10~20중량%, 장석 20~30중량%, 규석 5~10중량%, 백운석 5~10중량%의 조성을 이루는 백회령유 유약이 도포되도록 하는 백회령유 시유단계와; 상기 시유가 이루어진 도자기를 1250~1300℃에서 소성하는 재벌구이단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
