The present invention relates to an insulation-type curtain wall device for forming a boundary portion of the indoor side and the outdoor side of a building. The installation-type curtain wall device comprises: a body frame which is installed to form the boundary portion, and includes an anchor fastening portion in a lengthwise direction; an insulation bar, one end of which comes in contact with the front end of the anchor fastening portion of the body frame, and which is supported on the body frame by an anchor bolt passing through the other side and coupled to the anchor fastening portion; glass which engages with the side of the insulation bar and is supported to the body frame; an exposure cap which is coupled to the other side of the insulation bar to form an inner space; a vacuum insulation material which is inserted between the glass and the inside of the other side of the insulation bar or is inserted to the inner space of the exposure cap. Accordingly, it is possible to install a vacuum insulation material while excluding insulation breakdown of the vacuum insulation material by improving an assembly structure, to prevent heating performance from decreasing by differences in indoor and outdoor temperatures to increase insulation performance as compared with conventional, and to prevent dewing which may occur in the inner body frame of the curtain wall to prevent an inner finishing material from being damaged.
본 발명에 따르면, 건물의 실내 측과 실외 측의 경계부를 이루기 위한 단열식 커튼월 장치에 있어서, 상기한 경계부를 구획하도록 설치되며, 길이방향으로 앙카체결부가 구비된 몸체프레임; 일측이 상기 몸체프레임의 앙카체결부 선단에 접하며, 앙카볼트가 타측 면부를 관통해 상기 앙카체결부에 결합되어 상기 몸체프레임 상에 지지되는 단열바; 상기 단열바의 측면으로 맞물려 상기 몸체프레임에 지지될 수 있는 유리; 상기 단열바의 타측 면부 외측에 결합되어 내부공간을 형성하는 노출캡; 및 상기 유리와 상기 단열바의 타측 면부 내측 사이에 삽입되거나, 상기 노출캡의 내부공간에 삽입되는 진공단열재;를 포함하는 단열식 커튼월 장치가 제공된다. 이에 의하면, 조립구조를 개선하여 진공단열재의 단열 파괴를 배제하면서 설치할 수 있게 됨으로써 실내외의 온도차이에 기인한 난방성능의 저하를 방지하여 종래 대비 단열성능을 크게 증대시킬 수 있으며, 커튼월의 내측 몸체프레임에서 발생할 수 있는 결로를 방지하여 내부 마감재의 훼손을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
The present invention relates to an insulation-type curtain wall device for forming a boundary portion of the indoor side and the outdoor side of a building.
