Multi-function plug module and construction method using the same
The present invention provides a multifunctional plug module comprising: an elbow coupling socket combined with an end part of a branch pipe branched from a pipe installed by penetrating an underground incoming box; a plug body having a tubular internal passage to communicate with the branch pipe, detachably fastening an end part of one side to the elbow coupling socket and having a coupling unit on an inner circumferential surface of the other side; and a plug cap detachably coupling one side with the coupling unit of the plug body, having a grip unit enabling a worker to perform an attaching and detaching operation with respect to the coupling unit of the plug body on the other side. Accordingly, since only the plug cap is separated from the plug body coupled with each other in an air purge to remove air from the pipe, existing work to cut the pipe is not required; thus facilitating work and a work time being able to be reduced.
본 발명은 매립용 수전함 내에 관통 설치되는 배관으로부터 분기되는 분기관의 단부에 결합되는 엘보우 체결소켓, 관형상으로 분기관과 연통되도록 내부유로가 형성되며, 일측 단부가 엘보우 체결소켓과 착탈 가능하게 체결되고, 타측 내주면으로 체결부가 형성된 플러그몸체 및 일측이 플러그몸체의 체결부에 착탈 가능하게 체결되며, 타측은 작업자가 플러그몸체로부터 착탈하도록 조작하기 위한 손잡이부가 형성된 플러그 캡을 포함하는 다기능 플러그모듈을 제공한다. 따라서 배관 내 에어를 빼기 위한 에어빼기작업 시 서로 체결된 플러그몸체로부터 플러그 캡만 분리시키면 되기 때문에, 종래의 배관을 절단하는 작업 등을 할 필요가 없어 작업이 용이하며 작업시간을 줄일 수 있다.
