The present invention relates to a water/sewage piping structure for apartment houses to improve a water supply/drainage environment and, more specifically, relates to a water/sewage piping structure for apartment houses to improve a water supply/drainage environment; confirming in real time, clogging of a stand pipe due to sedimentation of sewage sludge drained from the houses to prevent sewage from flowing back to the houses through a connection pipe connected to the stand pipe, and smoothly checking a joint and removing sludge existing inside a joint in accordance with output of an alarm sound or lamp of a control unit. According to the present invention, the structure comprises: the stand pipe, the connection pipe, a traverse pipe, the joint, a water level sensor, and the control unit.
본 발명은 급배수환경 개선을 위한 공동주택용 상하수 배관 구조물에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 세대로부터 배수된 하수 슬러지의 퇴적으로 인한 입상관의 폐색 여부를 수위센서를 통해 실시간으로 확인될 수 있도록 하여 하수가 입상관에 연결된 연결관을 통해 세대로 역류하는 것을 방지하는 한편, 제어부의 경고음 또는 경고등 출력에 따라 이음관에 대한 점검 및 이음관의 내부에 존재하는 슬러지에 대한 제거가 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 급배수환경 개선을 위한 공동주택용 상하수 배관 구조물에 관한 것이다.
