Device for connecting the pavilion roof structure
The present invention relates to a device to connect a roof structure of a pavilion. According to the present invention, the device to connect the roof structure of the pavilion comprises: a plurality of columns arranged in an octagonal form; a column fixing structure formed in the octagonal form same as the octagonal form of the column, and integrally having octagonal members to connect and fixate the columns adjacent to each other in an upper part of the column; a fixing unit to fixate the column and the column fixing structure; and a roof fixing structure. The roof fixing structure comprises: a cross beam fixated to an upper part of the octagonal members forming the column fixing structure, and having an insertion groove on an octagonal corner which the column fixing structure forms; an angle rafter including a head unit on a radial center of a rib unit wherein a lower part of a plurality of rib units supported by being inserted to be inclined in a radial direction into the insertion groove formed by the cross beam is supported by a ceiling; a square rafter having an insertion hole in which the head unit is inserted, in the upper part, wherein the plurality of curved rib units supported on the upper surface of the angle rafter are formed in a radial form by a cross rafter; and a roof formed along the curve formed by the curved rib unit of the square rafter. As such, the device to connect the roof structure of the pavilion is able to construct a stable pavilion using a connection structure between members without using a fixing tool.
본 발명은 정자의 지붕 구조물 연결 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 팔각형을 이루도록 배치되는 다수개의 기둥과; 상기 기둥이 형성하는 팔각형 형상과 동일한 팔각형 형상으로 형성되면서 팔각형을 이루는 부재들이 일체로 형성되어 상기 기둥의 상부에서 이웃하는 기둥 사이를 연결하여 고정하는 기둥고정구조물과; 상기 기둥과 상기 기둥고정구조물을 고정하기 위한 고정수단과; 상기 기둥고정구조물을 형성하는 팔각형의 부재들 상부에 고정되면서, 상기 기둥고정구조물이 형성하는 팔각형의 모서리 부위에 삽입홈을 형성하는 갈모와; 상기 갈모에 의하여 형성되는 삽입홈에 방사상으로 경사지게 삽입지지되는 다수의 깃대의 하부가 반자에 의하여 지지되면서 상기 깃대의 방사상 중심에 용두를 구비하는 추녀와; 상기 추녀의 상부면에 지지되는 다수개의 곡선형 깃대가 가로서까래에 의하여 방사상의 형상을 이루고, 상부에는 상기 용두가 삽입되는 삽입공이 형성되는 사래와; 상기 사래의 곡선형 깃대가 이루는 곡면을 따라 지붕을 형성하게 되는 것이다.이와 같은 본 발명은 고정금구를 사용하지 않고 부재간의 결합구조에 의하여 견고한 정자를 축조할 수 있게 된다.

The present invention relates to a device to connect a roof structure of a pavilion.
