Apparatus for supplying functional chemicals
The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying a functional material which comprises: a housing member; an inlet for supplying fluid to the inside of the housing member and an outlet for discharging the fluid to the outside of the housing member; and a valve unit which is installed in the housing member. The valve unit comprises: a casing unit which has a main body unit in which the functional material is filled and an accommodation unit formed under the main body unit; a buoyancy unit which is joined to the accommodation unit; and a first stopper unit and a second stopper unit to join the buoyancy unit to the accommodation unit. When the fluid is supplied, as the buoyancy unit is moved and placed down while the fluid flows in a vertical direction of the housing member, the valve unit is opened. When a supply of the fluid is stopped, as the buoyancy unit is moved and raised up by buoyancy, the valve unit is closed. Accordingly, the functional material, in a state of being dissolved in the fluid, is prevented from being discharged to the outside of the valve unit. Therefore, the functional material is prevented from being unnecessarily consumed.
본 발명은 하우징 부재; 상기 하우징 부재의 내부로 유체를 공급하기 위한 유입구와 상기 하우징 부재의 외부로 유체를 배출시키기 위한 유출구; 및 상기 하우징 부재의 내부에 설치되는 밸브유닛;을 포함하고, 상기 밸브유닛은 내부에 기능성 제재가 충전되는 본체부와 상기 본체부의 하부에 형성되는 수용부를 구비하는 케이싱부; 상기 수용부에 결합하는 부력부; 및 상기 부력부를 상기 수용부에 결합하기 위한 제1 스토퍼부와 제2 스토퍼부;를 포함하되, 상기 유체 공급시에 상기 유체가 상기 하우징 부재의 수직방향을 따라 유동하면서 상기 부력부를 하강 이동시킴에 따라 상기 밸브유닛이 개방되고, 상기 유체 공급차단시에 상기 부력부가 부력에 의해 상승 이동함에 따라 상기 밸브유닛이 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 제재 공급장치에 관한 것으로, 이에 따라 기능성 제재가 유체에 용해된 상태에서 밸브유닛의 외부로 배출되는 것을 방지하여 기능성 제재가 불필요하게 소모되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
