Truss Coupling Device for Apparatment Curtain Wall
The present invention relates to a prefabricated truss coupling device for an apartment curtain wall, capable of strongly and conveniently couple a vertical member and a horizontal channel. According to the present invention, the device comprises: a rotary ring (30) entering an opening part (26) of the horizontal channel (20); rear locking sills (31, 32) formed outside the rotary ring (30); a circular through-hole (33) formed in the rotary ring (30); radial locking grooves (34, 35) formed in the circular through-hole (33); axial locking grooves (36, 37) formed in the circular through-hole (33); a rotary nut (40) overlapped with or separated from the rotary ring (30); front locking sills (41, 42) formed in the rotary nut (40) to be intersected with the rear locking sills (31, 32) in an X-shape; a cylindrical rotary unit (43) inserted into the circular through-hole (33); a screw hole (46) formed in a center of the cylindrical rotary unit (43); locking protrusions (44, 45) formed in the cylindrical rotary unit (43); spring locking pins (52, 54) installed in the front and the rear locking sills (31, 32, 41, 42); a return spring (50) to apply rotary power to the rotary nut (40) and the rotary ring (30) in directions opposite to each other; a wing washer (70) installed in the cylindrical rotary unit (43); separation preventing pieces (71, 72) formed in the wing washer (70); locking springs (80, 82) resisted between the rotary nut (40) and the rotary ring (30); and spring locking grooves (47, 48) to receive the locking springs (80, 82).

The present invention relates to a prefabricated truss coupling device for an apartment curtain wall, capable of strongly and conveniently couple a vertical member and a horizontal channel.
