A Non-power Automatic Back-washing upflow Type Equipment for Decreasing Non-point Pollution
The present invention relates to an initial rainwater non-point pollution reduction facility including a pretreatment tub and a filtering tub and, more specifically, relates to an up-flow initial rainwater non-point pollution reduction facility capable of achieving high filtering speeds and good efficiency using flow speeds of filling water. The present invention comprises a backwashing part automatically washing foreign substances, piled in a filtering part, by making a backflow of the substances with water when the filtering part is jammed. As such, the present invention is capable of eliminating a need for an extra replacement of the filtering part or cleaning work, enabling convenient management and continuous use by automatically washing the filtering part without extra power; and effectively removing foreign substances while easily breaking a floating residual layer during backflow for backwashing using the floating residual layer comprising a plurality of floating residues for up-flow filtering. When rainfall stops, the floating residues and the inside of the device are washed and drained through inflow water in a pretreatment inflow water tub (and a precipitation tub) and filtered water in the device; thus the present invention being able to perform a normal washing function for the next rainfall.
본 발명은 전처리조와 여과조를 포함하는 초기우수 비점오염 저감시설에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 물이 차오르는 유속을 이용한 여과속도가 높고 효율이 좋은 상향류식 초기우수 비점오염 저감시설에 있어서, 오염물질을 여과하는 여과부가 막힐 경우 여과부에 쌓인 이물질이 물과 함께 역류되어 자동으로 세척되도록 하는 역세척부를 포함하여, 별도의 여과부 교체나 세척작업이 필요 없으며, 별도의 동력 없이 자동으로 여과부가 세척되도록 하여 편리한 관리와 지속적인 사용이 가능하도록 하며 특히, 상향류식 여과에 복수의 부상여재들로 이루어진 부상여재층을 이용함으로써, 역세척을 위한 역류시 부상여재층이 쉽게 파괴되면서 이물질이 효과적으로 제거될 수 있도록 하며, 강우 종료시에는 장치내 여과된 저장수와 전처리 유입수조(및 침전조)의 유입수를 이용하여 부상여재와 장치 내부를 세정 배수하여 다음 강우시에 정상적인 세정기능을 가질 수 있도록 하는 무동력 자동 역세척 상향류식 비점오염 저감장치에 관한 것이다.
