The present invention relates to a device to inject an antistripping agent for asphalt concrete and, more specifically, relates to a device to inject an antistripping agent for asphalt concrete capable of improving a quality of asphalt concrete by measuring a weight of a viscous antistripping agent added to asphalt to prevent stripping during pavement of an asphalt concrete road in a non-vibrational method, and then precisely injecting a quantitative amount of the antistripping agent into an asphalt measuring device installed in an asphalt mixing plant. The present invention relates to a storage tank part storing a viscous antistripping agent; a load cell measuring device measuring a weight of the antistripping agent, discharged from the storage tank part and then discharging the agent by naturally dropping the agent; a discharge tank part quickly injecting compressed air at sufficient discharge pressure supplied from a compressor, and a quantitative amount of the antistripping agent supplied to a discharge tank in a lower part of the load cell measuring device to an asphalt gauge by opening or closing at least one among second, third, fourth, and fifth pneumatic actuator valves; and a control part controlling a rate of discharge flow of the storage tank part in accordance with the weight of the antistripping agent, being measured in the load cell measuring device by opening or closing a first pneumatic actuator valve, and controlling a rate of flow of the compressed air and antistripping agent supplied to the discharge tank part and discharged by opening or closing the second, third, fourth, and fifth pneumatic actuator valves.
본 발명은 아스팔트 콘크리트용 박리방지제 투입장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 아스팔트 콘크리트 도로포장시 발생되는 박리를 예방하기 위해 아스팔트에 첨가되는 점성질 박리방지제 무게를 무진동 방식으로 측정 후 아스팔트 믹싱 플랜트에 탑재된 아스팔트 계량장치에 정밀하게 정량 투입함으로써 아스팔트 콘크리트의 품질을 높일 수 있는 박리방지제 투입장치를 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 점성질 박리방지제를 저장하는 저장탱크부와; 저장탱크에서 배출되는 박리방지제의 무게를 계량하여 자연낙하 배출시키는 로드셀계량장치와; 로드셀계량장치 하부에 설치된 방출탱크로 공급되는 무게 계량된 정량의 박리방지제와 압축기에서 공급되는 압축공기를 제 2, 3, 4, 5 공압식 엑츄에이터밸브 중 어느 하나 이상을 개폐 제어하여 충분한 배출압력일 때의 압축공기를 박리방지제와 함께 아스팔트 계량기로 신속하게 정량 투입하는 방출탱크부와; 로드셀계량장치에서 계량중인 박리방지제의 무게에 따라 저장탱크부의 배출 유량을 제 1 공압식 엑츄에이터 밸브 개폐로 제어하고, 방출탱크부에 공급되고 배출되는 박리방지제 및 압축공기의 유량을 제 2, 3, 4, 5 공압식 엑츄에이터밸브의 개폐로 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성된 아스팔트 콘크리트용 박리방지제 투입장치를 발명의 특징으로 한다.
