FORMWORK ARMOR UNIT AGAINST HIGH WAVE WITH REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a mold for manufacturing a wave dissipating block wherein the wave dissipating block comprises: a main body unit formed in the shape of a poly prism; protrusion units which are formed to protrude from each vertical side forming the main body unit and a protrusion width which gradually increases as approaching the center of the main body unit; leg units which are formed to be extended from each end portion of the protrusion units to form legs in a radial direction around the main body unit; and a reinforcement unit which reinforces the space between the leg unit and the protrusion unit. The mold for manufacturing a wave dissipating block comprises: a lower mold which has a molding space for forming the main body unit, the protrusion units, the leg units and a lower half of the reinforcement unit and accommodates cement mortar; an upper mold which is formed to be vertically symmetrical to the lower mold, has a molding space for forming the main body unit, the protrusion units, the leg units, and the upper half of the reinforcement unit, and has an injection cover for injecting the cement mortar which is formed to be opened and closed; and a joining member which joins the upper mold to the lower mold to be in an enclosed state.
본 발명은 다각기둥으로 이루어진 본체부; 상기 본체부를 이루는 수직면 각각에 돌출형성되고, 상기 본체부의 중앙으로 갈수록 돌출폭이 커지는 돌출부; 상기 돌출부의 단부 각각에 연장형성되어 상기 본체부를 중심으로 방사상의 다리를 이루는 다리부; 및 상기 다리부 및 상기 돌출부의 사이를 보강하는 보강부;가 형성된 소파블록을 제조하기 위한 소파블록용 거푸집에 관한 것으로, 상기 본체부와 상기 돌출부, 상기 다리부 및 상기 보강부의 하부절반을 형성하기 위한 성형공간이 구비되어 시멘트 몰탈이 수용되는 하부금형; 상기 하부금형과 상하 대칭상태로 이루어지면서 상기 본체부와 상기 돌출부, 상기 다리부 및 상기 보강부의 상부절반을 형성하기 위한 성형공간이 구비되며, 시멘트 몰탈이 주입되는 주입커버가 개폐가능하게 형성되는 상부금형; 및 상기 상부금형과 상기 하부금형을 밀폐된 상태로 체결시키는 체결부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
