A cantilever system having the function of vibration proofing shock absorber
The present invention relates to a cantilever system having a shock absorbing function. Provided is the cantilever system having a shock absorbing function, in which the cantilever system is easily installed due to a reverse coupling structure of a first cantilever portion and a second cantilever portion, in which vibration or shock generated in a structure is absorbed and dispersed to be reduced as the first cantilever portion and the second cantilever portion are elastically combined by an elastic body and a spring buffer unit, and for effectively corresponding to deformation and elastic rotation of a deck road structure, caused by an earthquake and the like. To achieve the described objective, the cantilever system having a shock absorbing function includes: a first cantilever portion installed to allow one side to be combined with an edge of a structure and the other side to protrude toward the outside of the structure, in which an inclination accommodating portion at an incline in a reverse direction from an upper part to a lower part is formed in an end of the other side, and in which a support plate is horizontally protruding under the inclination accommodating portion; a second cantilever portion in which an inclined fitting plate is installed in an end of one side to be inserted into the inclination accommodating portion, and installed to be supported by the support plate while being insertion-combined with the inclination accommodating portion through the inclined fitting plate; an elastic body elastically supporting the second cantilever portion as the elastic body is installed on an upper surface of the support plate to be interposed between the support plate and the second cantilever portion; and a plurality of spring buffer units elastically supporting the first cantilever portion and the second cantilever portion by elastically fastening the inclination accommodating portion to the inclined fitting plate.
본 발명은 방진완충기능을 구비한 캔틸레버 시스템에 관한 것으로, 제1캔틸레버부와 제2캔틸레버부의 역결합구조에 의해 설치가 용이하고, 탄성체와 스프링완충부에 의해 서로 탄력적으로 결합됨으로써 구조물에서 발생되는 진동이나 충격을 흡수 분산시켜 감소되도록 하고, 지진 등으로 인한 데크로드 구조물의 변형 및 신축 회전에 유요하게 대응할 수 있도록 하는 방진완충기능을 구비한 캔틸레버 시스템을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 구조물의 가장자리에 일측이 결합되고 타측은 구조물의 외측방향으로 돌출되도록 설치되되, 타측단에는 상부에서 하부방향을 향해 역방향으로 경사진 형태의 경사수용부가 형성되고, 상기 경사수용부의 하측으로는 받침판이 수평하게 돌출 형성되어 있는 제1캔틸레버부; 상기 경사수용부에 삽입되도록 일측단에 경사끼움판이 설치되고, 경사끼움판을 통해 경사수용부에 끼움결합된 상태에서 상기 받침판에 받쳐지도록 설치되는 제2캔틸레버부; 상기 받침판과 제2캔틸레버부 사이에 개재되도록 받침판 상부면에 설치되어 제2캔틸레버부를 탄성지지해주는 탄성체; 상기 경사수용부와 경사끼움판을 탄력적으로 체결하여 제1캔틸레버부와 제2캔틸레버부를 탄성지지해주는 다수의 스프링완충부;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.
