The present invention relates to a filter for a drain hole of a sink. Since an inner diameter of a tubular portion (1) of a metal material is set to be equal to an inner diameter of a porous bottom plate (2) and a flange (3) and upper and lower edges of the tubular portion (1) are enlarged to be inserted into a concave portion (2b) of the porous bottom plate (2) and a concave portion (3b) of the flange (3), it is possible to couple the flange and the porous bottom plate to the tubular portion while injection molding the same by a single injection process, thereby reducing the number of molds for injection molding and the number of manufacturing processes and significantly lowering the manufacturing cost.
본 발명은 금속재의 관형부(1)의 내경을 상기 다공 바닥판(2)과 상기 플랜지(3)의 내경을 동일하게 한 상태에서 상기 관형부(1)의 상단 테두리과 하단 테두리가 확경되어서 상기 다공 바닥판(2)의 요부(2b)와 상기 플랜지(3)의 요부(3b)에 삽입되게 함으로써 한 번의 사출공정에 의해 상기 플랜지와 상기 다공 바닥판을 사출성형하면서 상기 관형부에 결합시키는 것이 가능하게 하여 종래보다 사출성형용 금형개수와 제조공정개수를 줄여서 제조단가를 종래보다 현저하게 낮출 수 있는 싱크대 배수구용 거름망에 관한 것이다.
