Compact COMPACT TYPE HYDRAULIC GATE WINCH DEVICE
The present invention provides a compact type sluice winch apparatus capable of minimizing a total volume and manufacturing costs. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: motors (111, 112); a power transfer shaft (130) connected to a driving shaft of the motors (111, 112) through a reducer (120); a separator gear (210) engaged with the outer circumferential surface of the power transfer shaft (130); a separator shaft (220) penetrated into and combined with the central shaft of the separator gear (210); a plurality of end plates (230) longitudinally arranged on and combined with the outer circumferential surface of the separator shaft (220); a plurality of wrap plates (240) combined between the plurality of end plates (230) on the outer circumferential surface of the separator shaft (220); and a bolt (250) penetrating into the plurality of end plates (230) and wrap plates (240) to be combined with each other. A diameter of the wrap plate (240) is smaller than that of the end plate (230). The outer circumferential surface of the wrap plate (240) includes: a separator winder (200) to wind a wire rope (L) around the outer circumferential surface of the wrap plate (240) in a row; and a wire rope connector (300) to connect an end part of the wire rope (L) wound on the separator winder (200) and a lintel seal of a sluice.
본 발명은 모터(111, 112); 상기 모터(111, 112)의 구동축과 감속기(120)를 통해 연결되는 동력전달축(130); 상기 동력전달축(130)의 외주면에 기어결합되는 세퍼레이터 기어(210)와, 상기 세퍼레이터 기어(210)의 중심축에 관통 결합되는 세퍼레이터 축(220)과, 상기 세퍼레이터 축(220)의 외주면에 길이방향으로 배열 결합되는 다수의 엔드플레이트(230)와, 상기 세퍼레이터 축(220)의 외주면에서 상기 다수의 엔드플레이트(230) 사이에 각각 결합되는 다수의 랩플레이트(240)와, 상기 다수의 엔드플레이트(230)와 다수의 랩플레이트(240)를 관통하여 서로 결합하는 볼트(250)를 포함하며, 상기 랩플레이트(240)의 지름이 상기 엔드플레이트(230)의 지름보다 짧게 형성되며 상기 랩플레이트(240)의 외주면에 와이어로프(L)가 일렬로 권취되는 세퍼레이터 와인더(200); 및 상기 세퍼레이터 와인더(200)에 권취된 와이어로프(L)의 단부와 수문의 비체을 서로 연결하는 와이어로프 커넥터(300);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Compact형 수문 권양장치(1000)에 관한 것이다.

The outer circumferential surface of the wrap plate (240) includes: a separator winder (200) to wind a wire rope (L) around the outer circumferential surface of the wrap plate (240) in a row; and a wire rope connector (300) to connect an end part of the wire rope (L) wound on the separator winder (200) and a lintel seal of a sluice.
