The present invention relates to a parking tower remote control system in accordance with a mechanical-type parking tower entrance and exit reservation information processor, a parking tower information processor thereof, and a remote control board apparatus. The parking tower remote control system in accordance with a mechanical-type parking tower entrance and exit reservation information processor comprises: a parking tower controller which controls the operation of a parking tower driving apparatus; a parking tower kiosk which has a communications interface configuration with the parking tower controller and provides entrance and exit information services of the parking tower; a reservation information processor which collects, transfers, and processes entrance and exist reservation information of the parking tower and parking tower at-site entrance and exit requests and reservation request information of the parking tower kiosk, and updates and manages the same information based on entrance and exit processing information; a control information processor which processes entrances and exits by controlling control operation of the parking tower driving apparatus of the parking tower controller based on information transmitted and processed by the reservation information processor in cooperation with the reservation information processor, and transmits a notification of the state of entrance and exit by providing the entrance and exit processing information to the reservation information processor. As a company which provides a service of the present invention and controls a plurality of mechanical-type parking towers through the entrance and exit remote control system linked to the entrance and exit reservation system, a user who uses the mechanical-type parking tower can be relieved from the burden of personnel costs and can conveniently use the mechanical-parking tower using the efficient reservation system.
본 발명은 주차타워 운전장치의 동작을 제어하는 주차타워 제어기, 상기 주차타워 제어기와 통신 인터페이스 구성을 가지고, 상기 주차타워의 입출고 정보서비스를 제공하는 주차타워 키오스크, 상기 주차타워의 입출고 예약정보와 상기 주차타워 키오스크의 주차타워 현장 입출고요청이나 예약요청 정보를 수집 전달처리하고, 입출고 처리 정보를 기반으로 갱신 관리하는 예약 정보처리장치 및, 상기 예약 정보처리장치와 연동하여 상기 예약 정보처리장치로부터 전달처리된 정보를 기반으로 상기 주차타워 제어기의 주차타워 운전장치 제어 동작을 관제하여 입출고 처리하고, 입출고 처리 정보를 상기 예약 정보처리장치로 제공하여 입출고 상황을 알리는 관제 정보처리장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계식 주차타워 입출차 예약 정보처리장치에 따른 주차타워 원격관제 시스템과 그의 주차타워 정보처리장치 및, 원격 관제보드장치에 관한 것으로, 본 서비스를 제공하는 업체에서 다수의 기계식 주차타워를 입출고 예약 시스템과 연동된 입출고 원격관제 시스템을 통해 통합 관제를 함으로써 기계식 주차타워를 사용하는 사용자는 인력배치에 따른 비용부담 해소와 함께 효율적인 예약시스템을 사용해 편리하게 기계식 주차타워를 사용한다.
