The present invention relates to a used magnesia carbon recycling system including: a sorting unit (110) comprising a collection tank (111), a conveyor (112), a worktable (113), and a discharge tank (114); a crushing unit (120) comprising a crusher (121) and a discharger (122); a water treatment unit (130) comprising a water treatment tank (131) and a treatment water supplier (132); a drying unit (140) comprising a drying furnace (141) and a heater (143); and a grinding unit (150) comprising a grinder (151) and a wrapper (152). According to the present invention, magnesia carbon-based bricks that are in wide use as a furnace material these days can be recycled into a high-quality fireproof raw material during disposal of the bricks.
본 발명은 폐 마그네시아 카본 재활용 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 수거조(111)와 컨베이어(112)와 작업대(113)와 배출조(114)로 이루어지는 선별유닛(110)과, 파쇄기(121)와 배출기(122)로 이루어지는 파쇄유닛(120)과, 수처리조(131)와 처리수공급기(132)로 이루어지는 수처리유닛(130)과, 건조로(141)와 가열기(143)로 이루어지는 건조유닛(140)과, 분쇄기(151)와 포장기(152)로 이루어지는 분쇄유닛(150)을 포함하여 이루어짐에 따라 최근 노재(爐材)로 주로 사용되는 마그네시아 카본질 벽돌의 폐기 시 이를 원료로 하여 고품질의 내화재 원료로 재활용할 수 있도록 하는 것이 특징이다.
