The present invention relates to a lightweight insulation door. More specifically, the present invention separately manufacture a unit supporting glass of the door to enable a main frame to be attached to and detached from the door and reduce the weight of an insulation frame. More specifically, the glass support unit is inserted and coupled to be attached to and detached from the glass of the main frame to support the glass, and the weight of the insulation frame is reduced to be easily carried and installed. Moreover, the glass support unit is separately coupled to simplify a cross-sectional shape of the main frame to reduce press processes to be easily manufactured and improve productivity.
본 발명은 경량화 단열도어에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 도어의 글래스를 지지하는 유닛을 별도로 제작하여 메인프레임이 착탈 가능하도록 끼움 결합하는바 단열프레임의 경량화가 가능하도록 한 것이다.특히, 본 발명은 메인프레임의 글래스 측으로 글래스 지지유닛이 착탈 가능하도록 끼움 결합되어 글래스를 지지하는바, 단열프레임의 경량화가 가능하여, 운반이 용이하고 설치가 간이한 이점이 있다.또한, 글래스 지지유닛이 별도의 결합되는바, 메인프레임의 단면 형상을 단순화할 수 있어 프레스 가공 공정을 줄여 제작이 용이하고, 생산성이 향상될 수 있다.
