Filtation apparatus using back washing type float media
The present invention relates to a floating-medium filtration apparatus capable of air backwashing. According to the present invention, the volume of the filtration apparatus can be reduced by the use of the floating medium. The floating medium filtration apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a treatment tank which has an inlet line formed at one side and an outlet line formed at the other side; a filtration chamber which is disposed in the treatment tank so as to communicate with the discharge line, which includes upper and lower meshes formed such that a space is formed below the discharge line, and which has a floating-medium layer disposed between the upper and lower meshes; a washing unit which comprises an air compressor and an air supply line, one end of which is connected to the air compressor, and the other end of which is exposed to a portion above the discharge portion in the filtration chamber; and an opening/closing unit which is provided in the discharge line, and which closes the discharge line by compressed air discharged from the air supply line and opens the discharge line when the compressed air is not discharged.
본 발명은 일측에 유입라인과 타측에 배출라인이 형성되는 처리조; 상기 처리조 내부에서 상기 배출라인에 연통하도록 구성되며 상기 배출라인 하부에 공간이 형성되도록 상,하부 메쉬가 형성되고 상기 상,하부 메쉬 사이에 부상여재층이 내재되는 여과챔버; 에어콤프레셔와 상기 에어콤프레셔와 일단이 연결되며 타단이 상기 여과챔버 내부의 상기 배출라인 상부에 노출되는 에어공급라인을 포함하는 세척수단; 상기 배출라인에 구성되며 상기 에어공급라인에 의해 토출되는 압축공기에 의해 상기 배출라인을 폐쇄하고 압축공기의 토출이 해제되면 상기 배출라인을 오픈하는 개폐수단;을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기역세가 가능한 부상여재 여과처리장치에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a floating-medium filtration apparatus capable of air backwashing.
