본 발명은, 프리패브리케이션(Prefabrication) 공법에 의해 시공되는 건축구조물의 천정구조에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 상기 건축구조물의 전기설비, 덕트설비 및 배관설비가 구비되며, 상측 프레임들, 하측 프레임들 및 측면 프레임들에 의해 다면체의 형태로 형성되는 복합 프레임 유닛; 및 일부가 개구되어 있어서 상기 복합 프레임 유닛의 상기 상측 프레임이 삽입되거나 인출될 수 있으며, 일측은 슬래브에 연결되고 타측은 상기 복합 프레임 유닛의 상측 프레임에 연결되어 상기 복합 프레임 유닛을 지지하도록 상호 이격되는 복수 개의 프레임 행거유닛들을 포함한다.
